PLATES
Liquid cold plates are being used wherever a hot element has to be cooled
in order to get better results and the right working conditions, either in
electronic PCBs or other devices to be cooled on spot.

THE STRUCTURE OF LIQUID COLD PLATES
 An aluminum or other material plate, containing internal pressed in
and sealed tubing. Made of Copper ,Ss or other material.
Through these tubes a liquid like water or another coolant is
flowing, absorbing the heat generated by the hot elements to be
cooled. Such as transistors, CPUs or other heat generating
components that are mounted on the cold plate.
 A solid plate with r drilled ducts. a sealed cover is used on both
sides to made the liquid flow in one direction.
 A solid plate milled ducts. in this case cover is required ,brazed or
screwed on top.
