The Thermo-S nano insulation coating significantly outperforms the
thermal conductivity and heat transfer properties of the known
conventional insulation materials and therefore its use provides a
professional and innovative solution for a wide range of situations.
Through the Hungarian developed and manufactured Thermo-S
product line Hungarowatt Ltd. would like to contribute to the
conservation of our natural resources and to the sustainable
development of humanity. Our aim is to rationalize energy
consumption and to provide the opportunity to live in a healthier
environment.

The EMI conducted Bacteria and Fungi inquiry on the Thermo-S product in
accordance with EN ISO 846:1999 standard.
The mold resistance test results show that the Thermo-S insulating coating
material may not be attacked by fungi and do not contain usable nutrients for fungi.
The Thermo-S thermal insulation coating is therefore classified as fungi resistant.
In the carried out bacterial resistance tests it was found that the Thermo-S thermal
insulation coating does not contain usable nutrients for bacteria. The Thermo-S
insulating coating is therefore classified as resistant to bacteria.

Thermo-S advantages over the competition:
The product is made in the European Union (CE)
The product meets A2-s1, d0 fire classification (Euroclass) in case of an 1 mm
layer. This rating is unique in this thickness.
Above 1 mm layer thickness the fire classification is C2-s1,d0. The competing
products do not meet this rating.
Due to greater percentage by weight ratio of ceramic spheres the insulation
properties of the Thermo-S product family is better than the measured
values of the competing products.
Even in case of relatively small orders we’re able to produce the product
specifically for the customer’s needs.
The products labeled as Press are manufactured using high resistance
ceramic balls and are able to withstand up to 300 bar.

A primer specifically developed for Mahlmart products. Its usage increases the
surface adhesion and forms a durable bond between the layers. Suitable for
exterior and interior use.
Thermo-S Eco – Interior insulation:
The binding material makes it ideal for the thermal insulation of indoor walls and
interior metal surfaces. Due to its consistency it can be widely used and it
has excellent adhesion. Areas of use: Thermal insulation of interior walls,
interior insulation of thermal bridges; on concrete, gypsum, precast concrete
panels and lime, cement or gypsum based plasters. Also ideal for the
insulation of interior metal surfaces, heating and cooling systems, tanks,
pipes and fittings.
