The Qin Dynasty unified China under absolute rule with Emperor Qin Shi Huang executing critics and building the Great Wall, though forced labor angered people. The Han Dynasty had the longest ruling Liu Bang and Emperor Liu Che who extended Han rule over Korea, Southeast Asia and Central Asia, establishing a civil service and developing the Silk Road.
