buying a ticket for that rollercoaster.
• You're excited, a little scared, but you know you
want to do it and no one can talk you out of it.
• Optimism prevails, or at least it should. As a
general rule, if you go in expecting your
business to fail, chances are it will!
• When you send negative energy out, you will
get negative energy back.

4. When you think about your business, I want
you to always feel the same fun, excitement
that you do when you're on the incline of
the rollercoaster track… not the sheer terror
you feel as you're careening down the other
side!

5. • Don't let that stop you from getting on the ride.
• You can choose to take the safest route, getting a
steady paycheck at a 9-5, or you can learn how
to conquer this ride.
• And it could be the ride of your life!

6. Usually in the start-up phase, you're fired
up and optimistic.
• Even though others before you may have tried
and failed, it's going to be different for you.
• And you're going to need this attitude to carry
you through those down times, to keep you
motivated and energized.

7. You have to believe in your business for it
to be successful, and mentally force out
any negative thoughts that bring you
down.
• When you look at someone who's successful in
business, you don't see the years of sweat and
toil and self-doubt that preceded that success.
• People are successful only because of the hard
work and belief they have in themselves and
their idea.

8. Life at the peak of your business is
beautiful, allowing you to take in the
panoramic view of your success.
• You can now afford to hire more hands, take
more time off, and relax as your business runs
efficiently.
