CURRENT SITUATION
Ajay was transferred to the largest plant of the company in
the Sub Unit 4.
It had a staff of 45 workers and 10 supervisory staff.
There is a constant stream of defaulting by SU-4 for the
last 3 months.
Proposal for the formation of groups within the SU-4 was
proposed to increase production .
CURRENT SITUATION
• Creating awareness on production
targets and qualities.
• Checking the production achieved
on targets on a daily basis.
• Monitor individual performances.
The groups would
be accountable
for:
Ajay Sharma wanted to appoint
Chander Pal as the supervisor of
these groups as he is very
efficient and has a good line of
communication with the
workers.
