Anti-vibration Sensing Washer
for clamping force control and bolted joint status remote monitoring
FEATURES
1. Designed with unique features, different from conventional load cells and ultrasonic bolting
technologies, i.e.,
(1) Ultrasonic instrument—time consuming and expensive
(2) Wired sensing bolt—wired structure hard to use efficiently in bolting and remote monitoring
(3) Load cell—wired structure hard to use efficiently in bolting and remote monitoring
All bolt clamping force measurement or inspection method above need to be wired to a PLC or Monitor
device while bolting。Besides, there’s not loose proof design and bolted joint status remote monitoring
after bolted.
2. China Pneumatic Corporation has been in the field of air tools manufacturing more than 4 decades

3. We have successfully developed the first torque controller for air impact wrench and oil pulse tools
as well as the wireless anti-vibration Torque Transducer for static and dynamic bolting works.

user use the patented loose-proof Sensing Washer in high precision bolting works。It’s simple in
operation yet effective and economic for budget control issue. Not only feasible to control the
clamping force on each joint but also monitor the bolted joint status periodically and remotely to

5. The system also enables the user to do bolting sequence control throughout the bolting process and
get all relevant data recorded and logged for traceability to solve controversy if there’s any.
6. There are unique features for the Sensing Washer as follows:
(1) Two transmission methods for option, i.e. wireless transmission for low EMI or EFI environment
such as automobile、petrochemical industries and mining while wired transmission for higher
EMI or EFI environment such as constructions, bridges、power plant and aviation.
(2) Lower production cost and low non-conformity enhance feasibility in broad application。
(3) Patented loose proof design, easy and simple for operation yet with the highest reliability.
(4) Achieve the same accuracy as ultrasonic technology yet supersede its features not only cost
effective but also with unique advantages such as anti-vibration and remote monitoring after
bolted。
