other UNF students who have had too much to drink
and can not drive themselves home.
โบ Students who would like to volunteer will assemble on
Friday and Saturday nights in the Student Union
between 9pm and 5am.
โบ Volunteers will receive calls from fellow students that
are in need of a safe ride. A volunteer will go and
pick them up and take them home for free.
โบ Starting this group will allow UNF students to know
that there are other options than driving drunk or with
someone who is drunk.
โบ This program will also allow students to see that their
fellow peers do not tolerate drunk driving and that it
is a very serious problem.

appealing for people to come to. There could be food,
guest musicians, games, and so forth.
โบ Having guest speakers who have committed the crime of
drinking and driving and have actually killed or injured
someone from drinking and driving would hit home to a lot

drinking and driving fatalities come to share their heart
breaking stories would help people to see and understand
the problem and possible results that can occur from
drinking and driving.
