  12. 12. Arrests were down significantly, likely a reflection of Luck’s decision to eliminate pass-out policy that allowed fans to leave the stadium at halftime and re-enter all the more intoxicated and rowdy. WVU police chief Bob Roberts witnessed positive trends at games in Morgantown emerging as early as last October A game in the 2010 season between LSU and Alabama led to 149 arrests “There were more arrests during that one game than we had during the whole 2011 season,” and calling 2011 “probably the best season I’ve ever worked” TTRRAAIINNIINNGG
