A/B Testing for New Product Launches by Booking.com Sr PMProduct School
Main takeaways:
-There is no one right way of validating a product, A/B testing is just one of them
-Get your product 'qualitatively' validated before 'quantitatively' validating
-Use holdouts to measure the long term success of your new products, while running A/B test in parallel

B2B tech startups struggle with go-to-market strategy (GTM), client attraction, and growth!
With the right go-to-market strategy, you, too, can get found by the right people, in the right places, at the right time, and most importantly, in the right context.
Jumpstarting your GTM is especially crucial for early-stage companies that have yet to achieve sustainable product-market fit and go-to-market fit.
But creating an effective GTM strategy can be extraordinarily time-consuming and expensive. Yet the right GTM can be make-or-break for so many startups and founders.
And that’s the reason why we created Go-to-Market Strategy Reboot Camp so that you can get access to the same kind of professional guidance that you’d normally have to invest at least $60K+/year for a marketing agency retainer or $120K+/year for a CMO.
Go-to-Market Strategy Reboot Camp was developed by industry-certified experts in content marketing, inbound marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, marketing and sales automation, digital ads, SEO, social media, and email marketing -- with 20+ years of experience in small business, mid-market, and enterprise IT, especially within SaaS, FinTech, and IaaS.
Your ideal clients no longer research and purchase your products and services the way they used to. Is your company prepared for this reality? Or is your team completely asleep at the wheel?
When you enroll in Go-to-Market Strategy Reboot Camp, you’ll learn:
The Fundamentals of Go-to-Market Strategy (1 hour 17 minutes)
Content, Competition, and Branding (49 minutes)
Teamwork, Org Chart, and Content Roles (46 minutes)
Attracting the Right Audience (1 hour 11 minutes)

Synergies come from bringing PayPal merchants to Pinterest to significantly improve ad coverage, using PayPal user data to improve Pinterest's ad relevance, Pinterest merchants defaulting to PayPal for their customers, new ad formats, and significantly more GMV and TPV as a result of these improvements.
No significant regulatory opposition expected.
PayPal would need to set-up a Chinese-Wall and prohibit Pinterest from using PayPal consumer data to attract consumers to Pinterest. PayPal needs to maintain its merchant independence.

The most powerful marketing tool for your business.Wendy Franks
When it comes to marketing, it's pretty hard to overlook video these days. Businesses without an explainer video on their website are losing market share every day. The fact is, most of us would prefer to watch a SHORT video about your business, than read about it. If your story is done well, your video will engage your audience on an emotional level. Which is pretty hard to do through text alone. Once the connection is formed, their willingness to dig deeper is significantly higher. Connection drives behaviour. At Videopitch we specialise in video animation, but more importantly, we specialise in crafting your story. Boiling down your information into a 60 - 90 second script that inspires and engages your audience. We then transform your story into a captivating, multi sensory animation video that turns your web traffic into loyal customers. Don't let your audience slip away. If you haven't invested in video yet, it may be a good time to consider it. We're here to help. Contact us today at hello@videopitch.com.au or visit our website http://www.videopitch.com.au

The beginning is the most important
part of your Webinar. If you are able
to pull off a great intro, you are
almost there!
7. W E B I N A R I N T R O
You should start your Webinar 5 - 10 Minutes before the
actual Start but don't start with your presentation...
Welcome your audience and be positive and energetic!
Say things like "I'm so excited to have you guys, we start
in x minutes and we will cover xyz!" Repeat something
like that as often as new people arrive. Don't be a
beginner with the typical soundcheck boredom.
Use your first impression to get your audience excited
for your presentation.

The bold promise describes the goal that you want to
accomplish during your Webinar. You can use phrases
like " and at the end of this Webinar you will know how
to do x in only 10 minutes,"
The magical thing about providing a bold promise to
your audience is, that not only do you set the pace but
you have the chance to define the measure of success
for your Webinar. Without a promise, your audience will
create their own measure to judge you.

Clickfunnels launched its software with this script and
perfected it over the years.
They created a 8 figure business with it and more than
one person took that script and reproduced the success.
Its not only one man's opinion but a legit instrument to
boost your sales!

You have to understand the business model, that means
you can't just stop holding Webinars. You have to
optimize them and even if your Webinar rules, dont
create another one but stick with whats winning (sounds
easy but most people try to reinvent the wheel).
Think about it like this:
You are building a Broadway show and its a huge
success at opening night and the next day you close it
and create a new play. Don't change your show, take it
to the next city!

You can automate Webinars but you shouldn't do it right
away. You learn so much from your audience...but you
only learn if you actually get that feedback.
Export every question that your audience asked during
the Webinar and tweak your presentation to answer the
FAQs. Automate it when its perfect.
Russel Brunson the creator of the perfect webinar script
held 30+ live Webinars until he made the automated
version.

transition in action!

The Transition will be hard and it will cost you a lot of
listeners but that's normal. To reduce the number of
drop-offs you need to ask your audience if they are
interested in getting more information,
"Let me ask you guys a question. How many of you would
be interested in xyz? Awesome a lot of you!"
With that, you create social proof by asking your
audience and reduce your drop off rate at once!

You should stack your offer one item at the time and
repeat the total offer as often as possible. Without doing
so the total price will be connected to the only thing
they remember (like the crap item you put in there just
because you had it).
That means:
First Item: VIP Facebook group (you will get this)
Second Item: one on one consulting ("not only will you
get item one but you get item two as well.")
Third Item: one-month free tool (not only 1 and 2 but 3
as well!)

You should use an URL that is extremely easy to
remember. So that your audience is able to fill it into the
browser without hesitation.
For example www,yourdomain.com/go
Not only are you enabling your audience to find the offer
easier but you are able to track the exact number of
people that were interested in your offer and even
retarget them afterwards.

There are a few things that you can
22. B E N C H M A R K
A good Webinar has a show-up rate of 25% and a
conversion rate of 7% - 10%. With that, you can calculate
an approximate budget to promote your Webinar.
Let's assume you have a product that sells for 1000$ and
you aim for 1000 registered people for your Webinar.
That means only 250 will show up and 25 will buy. That
amounts in a total of 25.000$.
You have a 1000$ for each user to register and show up
for your next Webinar, which should be more than
enough.

To get your audience nodding, you need to work the trial
closes from start to end. It's easier than it sounds...
Phrases like:
"Could you imagine, how that would be like?"
"Wouldnt that be awesome?"
"You might think, thats not likely for me, right?"
"Does that make sense to you?"
Can be used in almost every situation.

Clickfunnels has a funnel for webinars with all the best
practice features already included but if you decide to
go without the essential tools your landing page should
have:
A calendar with the next live Webinar date
A section where you show the scarcity of the Webinar
(only 200 Spots, very limited Webinar)
A count down
A prominent button to register
