The parable of the talents tells the story of a master who gives his servants different amounts of talents or opportunities based on their abilities. The servant given five talents and two talents invest their talents and earn more. However, the servant given one talent buries it in the ground out of fear. When the master returns, he praises the first two servants but punishes the third for not making use of the opportunity given to him. The document encourages readers not to be afraid of limited opportunities but to have faith in God and make the most of what they've been given.
