The panda bear is a mammal native to central China. It is an omnivore that eats bamboo as well as other plants, birds, fish, insects, and eggs. Adult pandas typically weigh between 80 to 150 kg with black fur around their eyes, ears, legs, feet, chest and shoulders. Pandas are capable climbers and swimmers, give birth to live young, and are currently endangered.
