O’Loughlin Recruitment Our newest brand within The O’Loughlin Group, O’Loughlin Recruitment provides generalist recruitment selection to a diverse range of clients offering both permanent and contracting solutions. Our staff are sector specialists and are able to provide comprehensive coverage of many disciplines within banking, law, tourism hospitality & leisure, accounting, mining & engineering, sales & marketing, energy & resources, public relations and human resources. We have developed a significant contracting business in many of these areas, primarily accounting, operations and sales & marketing. 4. Erina Hammersley – Senior Consultant Erina joined the team in 2008 with experience in both the New Zealand and Australian market places. Her background lies in the finance and automotive industries, but she has enjoyed diversifying her knowledge of industries by recruiting for a variety of clients in different arenas. She has a particular affinity for the not-for-profit, property, engineering and energy industries and has found great success working in these areas more recently. Erina provides her clients with a full-service in which she recruits for candidates right from junior to executive level. Erina is relationship focussed and believes in getting to know her clients businesses intimately in order to provide a tailored, personal approach to each assignment she works on.
