 The Government of Ethiopia has developed several policies,
plans and strategies with a view to progressively fulfill
constitutional rights.
 The Social Security Framework provides retirement, survivors,
invalidity and employment injury benefits for citizens.
 Presence and exposure to exercise different policies

• The mission is broad with limited implementation
• Unlike the detailed gap identification, however
the implementation of the policy is limited its
scope to address the social group.
• The policy focuses mainly on most vulnerable
group however it gives less attention to other
social group.
