B2B Social Media White Paper - ROI Tips from Microsoft AdvertisingMicrosoft Advertising
Join our community: http://community.microsoftadvertising.com
The Microsoft Advertising Community team has been engaging with our customers online through social media marketing for nearly five years.
Ever since Microsoft adCenter was launched into beta back in 2005, the team has been supporting advertisers all over the world through the Microsoft Advertising Community site by blogging, answering questions in our forums, and disseminating news, tips, tricks and best practices more recently on Twitter @adCenter and @MSAdvertising, and through our Facebook page.
With so many digital marketers using social networks and online applications to gather information, it made a lot of sense for us to invest in providing the very best insight into our products and services via the web.
A driving force at many industry events, the team also spends many hours every year at conferences, bringing sessions alive through social media for our fans and followers who may not have been able to attend.
Increasingly being asked to tell our story and talk of our experiences, our team has written a white paper to share our thoughts. In it, we map our journey over the years, demonstrating the thought processes behind our evolution and some practicable ideas of how to get the very best from social media marketing and your businesses presence on the web.
Social media platforms are not just for a certain age group or segment of society; rather, they are widely used and have become an instant hit among people all over the world to discover, talk about different things, and share their feelings from anywhere at any time.

CCPA and the Future of Privacy-First Digital AdvertisingThe Media Kitchen
What is CCPA?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) - which goes into effect on January 1, 2020 - grants California residents (“consumer”):
● Control over:
○ What entities are collecting their data
○ What type of data is being collected and for what purpose
○ Who the data is being sold to / shared with and for what purpose
● The ability to delete the consumer’s data and/or stopping any selling/sharing of data
Under CCPA, data collection and data sharing become fully transparent to the consumer, and, most importantly, companies must process opt-out requests within 45 days.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).
Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

The Menu - What's On The Table for the Next 12-18 Months
1. What excites
us for 2012...
THE MENU
Presented by The Media Kitchen
July 2012
2. THE MENU FOR 2012
In February 2011, we launched our first digital Menu at The Media
Kitchen. Thousands of Slideshare views, hundreds of re-tweets, and
numerous inquiries later, we decided to release another Menu for
2012.
In short, the Menu is comprised of our thoughts on the industry and
what we expect to see over the next 12 months or so. We know this is
bold and have only written about five areas, so we certainly left
some big important things out. Use this guide as a direction to point
your organization and we think good things will happen.
The Menu is based on a few criteria: what our clients are asking for
from the front lines, what the agency believes in and is pushing
forward, and what is being innovated in the marketplace by
entrepreneurial companies that we think are inspiring.
Enjoy the read and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or
comments.

13. CROSS SOCIAL CHANNEL
COMMUNICATION
Social media communications comes in all shapes and sizes across the paid, owned,
and earned ecosystem. Fragmentation has occurred across social platforms because
each platform is essentially a closed ecosystem (many, not all). We expect to see the
following over 2012:
1. We will see brands reacting quicker within social media because they have removed
organizational friction that has historically delayed updates.
2. We anticipate brands becoming more durable in the social media space and
participating in ways that might not have worked in the past (e.g. changing the color of
logo to match a site design [GE & Pinterest])
3. As more brands harness social media, we’ll see even more social media vendors in
the ecosystem because there are increasing dollars to go around. These additional
vendors will lead to confusion and chaos but over time, it will settle out and the space
will be easily navigable.

world is full of content.
17. LOCATION
No longer is media planning all about audience & context. We now have a third
variable which is “location.” As more and more content on the web becomes
tagged with latitude and longitude, we have the ability to target audience and
context based on location.
1. We will see media databases include location information which help inform
planning. We can learn a lot more about locations with much more up to date
information.
2. Message creation is location aware and relevant (location) messages are
served. This creates production inefficiencies in the beginning but new workflow
solutions will emerge to satisfy the demand.
3. Geospatial planning is added and we will see increased triggers based on
latitude/longitude. Google Glasses are an early example of this.

21. CROSS PLATFORM
ENGAGEMENT
Borrowing a few tricks from the loyalty program playbook, we’re anticipating
seeing micro experiences carried out across both online and offline platforms all
measured into a database for segmentation purposes. Some of these programs
are gamification enabled and others are not, but the commonality across these
programs are that they are highly measurable and give brands access to data
that historically was unstructured.
1. We are going to see a shift from a cruise ship strategy (plan one very large
campaign) to a speedboat strategy (many, small campaigns). These
speedboats will be fast and measurable.
2. CRM databases will begin to evolve with social data coming out of
measurable cross platform engagements.
3. Platforms become widely available for marketers to deploy which mimick
robust loyalty programs. Gamification is a component of these platforms, not
the overall strategy so brands will move from pure gamification to sustainable
cross platform engagement plans.

25. CONTENT MARKETING
Marketing is content and content is certainly marketing. Thinking about
advertising as content opens up new and native ways to embed a brands
thinking into the fabric and motion of the Internet. As we move towards a more
social platform driven Interweb, then understanding content marketing is going
to be a key to future success.
1. As native advertising opportunities emerge, the prominent format that they
will take across the social web will be content based (text, audio, video, image)
2. The number one reason why people surf the web is to consume content... so
why not create content and place it organically along the journey that people
take?
3. Creating voluminous content is not the answer, but rather content that is
engaging and drives pass along value will rise to the top with consumers.

29. LINKED EXPERIENCES
ACROSS DEVICES
As technology gadgets proliferate your home or office, software creators have
the opportunity to drive a connected content experience across multiple
devices. An execution of this is when you are watching a 30s TV spot on your
50” flatscreen and at the same time, content is triggered on your tablet that is
related to the 30s spot. Ideally, the content that is triggered takes advantage of
the device it is on and is not repurposed from another device.
1. As devices become more complex, they afford marketers and content
creators the opportunity to create enhanced experiences that take advantage
of items such as accelerometers and gestural interfaces.
2. We are going to see an abundance of second screen applications for live
programming such as the NFL, fashion shows, and forthcoming Olympics.
3. Devices will become increasingly aware of the other devices in use around
them in order to adapt the software experience for the consumer so that they
are given a single brand enhancing experience on each device.
