Lake Natron is a volcanic lake located in northern Tanzania near the Kenyan border. It provides a breathtaking landscape due to nutrients from a nearby volcano and cyanobacteria in the lake. Chinese photographer Luo Hong fell in love with Lake Natron and its constantly changing beautiful colors and patterns, which are fleeting and last only 1-2 hours. Luo Hong has visited Lake Natron over 10 times, staying for about 10 days each visit to photograph the rare natural wonders, seeing each time that the picturesque scenes were different.

• Lake Natron is located in northern Tanzania, near the Kenyan border. It is a volcanic lake and a
saline lake, and the nearby OI Doinyo Lengai active volcano provides sufficient nutrients for the
cyanobacteria in Natron Lake, and also provides many mysterious and rare landscapes for the
lake, which is breathtaking.
• This is where the flamingos were born. Here Luo Hong saw her favorite flamingo, which was
the most beautiful moment in her life.
• Luo Hong said, when I met Natron Lake, it was the time in his life that touched God the most,
open a window for him and let him see this dreamlike scene.
• And sharing Natron Lake's work is to return a friendship. The friend said that he had flown over
countless lakes in Africa for many years and had never seen such a dreamy sight.
• This set of photos was "hidden in the snow" until the completion and opening of the "Luo Hong
Photography Art Museum".
