Let me tell you a story…
When I first became pregnant… I 
freaked out and became 
overwhelmed with the responsibility 
of being healthy
And I also was so worried about what I was 
going to look like after my little boy was 
born…was I going to get my body back?… 
I deeply wanted to be one of those mummies 
that slipped back into their size 8 skinny jeans 
and that be that.
I tried lots of different things back then from 
shakes, fasts, calorie counting and 
going to the gym 4 days a week and 
even training for a marathon!
However, I always had a mummy 
tummy. 
That belly fat I could never shift.
I was never the most consistent of people. I’d 
try this new fad and that new product and do 
something on and off for a month or two but 
sticking to something was just hard as I was just 
too busy and sometimes too lazy (yes I will 
admit it) to prepare and cook everything from 
scratch.
• But I still wanted it all
It was during this time a good friend of mine 
introduced me to a product called Juice Plus+. 
I had just completed a marathon and had the 
running bug real bad (which sounds good but 
has it’s downsides…)
I was quite sceptical at first and didn’t really get 
the concept of fruits, vegetables and berries in a 
capsule. 
Being open minded and understanding that 
supplements can really help you to bridge the 
gap between what you should eat and what you 
do eat, I was willing to give it a try…
And basically it changed my life. You see, as a 
self confessed lazy, healthy person it was the 
perfect solution for me and as I started to see 
amazing results (more energy, better sleep, 
radiant skin, no more period cramps) I started to 
tell everyone and anyone who would listen.
As an effect people wanted to know how they 
could get the product too, so I started to 
promote it to family and friends and in this way 
was able to make enough money to pay for my 
own supply.
That was 3 and a bit years ago. Since then I 
have got the health bug (can you see a pattern 
here…) I have studied health and nutrition under 
Dr Sears and have a certification in family health 
coaching (the first in the whole of Ireland to 
receive this certification.)
I have helped over 75 individuals to have better 
health and lifestyles for their whole family and 
by demand from the mummies I worked with, I 
created what I believe is the best solution for 
busy mummies like me and you to get their 
bodies back and their tummies flat.
And Mummy Shape School was created…
I wanted to create plans and programs for busy 
mums like me, who want to have it all (lose 
weight, feel great, look good with radiant skin, 
nails and hair) without having to spend hours in 
the kitchen and spend £100s on expensive 
organic food, skin creams, beauty treatments or 
expensive gym memberships.
But another reason and well the mission of 
Mummy Shape School… 
To help mummies to be the healthy role models 
of their whole families… the captains of the ship 
in terms of health & nutrition at home.

The Little Known Secret to losing your Mummy Tummy with Mummy Shape School

  • 5. When I first became pregnant… I freaked out and became overwhelmed with the responsibility of being healthy

  • 7. And I also was so worried about what I was going to look like after my little boy was born…was I going to get my body back?… I deeply wanted to be one of those mummies that slipped back into their size 8 skinny jeans and that be that.

  • 9. I tried lots of different things back then from shakes, fasts, calorie counting and going to the gym 4 days a week and even training for a marathon!
  • 10.
  • 11. However, I always had a mummy tummy. That belly fat I could never shift.
  • 12. I was never the most consistent of people. I’d try this new fad and that new product and do something on and off for a month or two but sticking to something was just hard as I was just too busy and sometimes too lazy (yes I will admit it) to prepare and cook everything from scratch.
  • 13. • But I still wanted it all
  • 14. It was during this time a good friend of mine introduced me to a product called Juice Plus+. I had just completed a marathon and had the running bug real bad (which sounds good but has it’s downsides…)
