Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter formed the popular French electronic music duo Daft Punk in the early 1990s. Their 1997 album Discovery, featuring hits like Digital Love and Harder Better Faster Stronger, was one of their most successful. More recently, Daft Punk composed the soundtrack for Tron: Legacy, including the tracks Derezzed and End of Line. Known for wearing futuristic helmets during performances, Daft Punk continues to create technologically-driven music and was recently signed to Columbia for a new album.
