           youngpeople.Itisprimarilyaimedatvolunteersinavarietyofchurchse ings,however canalso
           be used as a basic qual y assurance tool for exis ng volunteers or paid workers. Facil ators are
           encouraged to follow the simple guidelines, however is flexible enough to use other resources to
           enhancethelearningexperience.ThecoreaimsofTheKeyare:

                 > Explorelearningstyles,programmeplanningandresources
                 > Beawareofthebasicsinsafeguardingandgoodprac ce
           TheKeyhasbeendesignedtobedeliveredtosmallandlargegroups.Thestyleofthethreesessions
           areinterac veandfullofgames,quizzes,reflec ons,ideas,prac caladviceandgroupwork.Each
           session lasts for approximately 2 hours and can be delivered on three separate occasions or as a
           fullday.ThehopeisthatTheKeywillactasapathwaytofurthertraininganddevelopment.
