 The International Centre Goa is a non-profit
autonomous society founded in june 1987,
under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. It
was inaugurated by his excellency, the former
President of India, late Dr. Shankar Dayal
Sharma, on 18th june 1996. the centre was
conceived as a forum to bring together thinkers,
scholars, academics, achievers, sociologists,
industrialists and creative people from India and
around the world.

ROOMS
There are 42 air-conditioned double
rooms provide comfortable
accommodation in Goa. Of these four
rooms are wheelchair and disabled
friendly. Each room has a large spacious
balcony.

AMPHITHEATRE
 A terraced, landscape, amphitheatre with a stage that offers a
majestic view of the confluence of the Zuari river and the Arabian sea
with a capacity of 650 persons sitting and 1000 moving
 SWIMMING POOL COMPLEX: The swimming pool complex includes a
swimming pool with a gym, spa and salon, a recreation room with table
tennis, pool table and board games like chess, carrom etc.
CONFERENCE HALLS
The centre has three air-
conditioned conference halls of
varying sizes. All conference halls
are provided with Wi-Fi connectivity
and have the latest conferencing
equipments. Different seating
arrangements , as per guests’
requirements, can be arranged in
these halls.
 MANDOVI: A large hall with a
seating capacity of 125 persons in
theatre style, 40 in U-shape.
 ZUARI: A medium sized hall with
a seating capacity of 70 persons in
theatre style, 28 in U-shape.
 SAL: A board room seating
arrangements with a capacity of
15 persons.

COLUMN BEAM STRUCTURE
 Column of size
400mmx400mm
supports the lager span
upto 12m(appox.)
 The pyramidal slope is
treated with moldings to
make the ceiling an
enhancing feature.
ACCOMODATION
 The living space is planned
around central green area.
 Due the difference in the
slope of ground the level of
the is increased.
 Balcony of the building is
resting on the beams and
column.
 The balcony of the room is
by stepped down the floor
level.
 The sliding and long
windows are made from
the glass and steel.
 Flooring of corridor is
done by marble tile and
inside the room vitrified
tiles are used.
PATHWAY WOODEN TRUSSES
 The repeatition of trusses
creates the harmony on
walking to the pathways of
complex.
