 CBA is the Leading Business Angels association in Tunisia
 CBA works to identify and support innovative projects.
 CBA's mission is to initiate projects in the early stages and to accompany them
on several aspects:
 Help Financing start-ups in the early stages
 Enhance the credibility of innovative projects vis-à-vis other investors and
institutions
 Coach innovative entrepreneurs with the expertise and the network of CBA
members
 Contribute in the development of an innovation eco-system in Tunisia
 CBA develops a network of investors and mentors in partnership with Wiki-startup
WIKI STARTUP
 Wiki Startup is the first private business center, project incubation and
investment advisory in Tunisia.
 Startup wiki was created in 2011 by a group of Tunisian entrepreneurs who
aim to boost entrepreneurship by providing their expertise and experience to
innovative developers.
 Wiki Startup contributed in less than a year since its inception in organizing
three Boot Camps, about twenty Pitching sessions and two Business Plan
Competitions.
 Wiki Start now supports 12 Innovative Start-Ups,The current portfolio of Wiki
Start Up is an investment potential of over 40 million TD.
 CBA and Wiki-Startup closely work with BA and Capitalease
Capitalease
 CAPITALease is a business angles and VC’s Pool seed fund created in 2012
 CAPITALease generate an average ticket of 100 KDT by award-winning
project and validated by its investment committee.
 A shareholders' agreement for an investment period of 3 years with
standardized clauses for all cases
 Capitalease started as a one million dianrs fund and will be reaching 10
million dinars by july 2015.
 CEED Tunisia(Center for Entrepreneurship and Executive Developpment) Is
an NGO that focuses on mentoring PME development through assistance
and support during their creation, through mentoring and coaching.
 Caisse des Dépôts is a public investor dedicated to the development of
long-term investment
 The National Agency for Promotion of Scientific Research is a government
agency whose primary mission is to provide services to professionalize the
management of research activities in the framework of an effective and
equitable partnership with the socio-economic operators
 There DeutscheGesellschaft für InternationaleZusammenarbeit (GIZ) is an
international development institution, known for its high technical
