Ardy has over 23 years experience in the systems/software development industry with a focus on Quality
Assurance, Testing, and SDLC development. He has functioned at a senior management/director level for the
past 18 years, and has specialized in building Quality Assurance organizations from the ground up. His continual
involvement with projects utilizing the newest technologies has made him one of the most notable experts in
Mobile Testing and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) testing methodologies. His ability to understand the
integrations of these new technologies with legacy systems such as mainframe and AS400, have made me a
valued asset to all my employers and clients.
His experience in assisting organizations to achieve higher CMM and TMM levels has accounted for much of his
success in various business industries like healthcare, retail, communications, and different levels of government
both federal and state. Some of his notable projects have been with Microsoft, Qualcom, Clear Channel
Communications, Kaiser, Direct TV, CalHEERS,The Gap, AT&T, British Telecom, CalPERS, The Legislative Data
Center, The DMV, the Department of Homeland Security, and ALLDATA/AutoZone. He has always been selected
to participate in some of the largest organizational and enterprise projects ranging into the hundreds of millions
of dollars, and has managed groups of up to 100+ resources including off-shore teams in India, Mexico, and the
Philippines.
He also has an excellent understanding of the most utilized industry test tools. h has been certified in both the
IBM/Rational and HP/Mercury tool suites, and has led several implementation effort to utilize automated
testing.
His most valued skill is the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization to ensure the success of
each area in understanding the common goals of the project, and how to get there.

1. Mobile growth is booming! - According to the United Nations, six of the seven
billion people worldwide now have mobile phones. Workers and customers alike are untethered,
which is enabling new business models and transforming industries.
