The four horsemen of the apocalypse described in the Book of Revelation - plague, death, war, and hunger - are currently present in Brazil due to the COVID-19 pandemic and actions of the Bolsonaro government. The plague is represented by COVID-19 and Bolsonaro's opposition to health measures. Death is increasing due to the overwhelmed healthcare system and lack of economic support. War could occur if civil unrest or a coup attempt succeeds. Hunger is spreading as the economy collapses and many lose their jobs and livelihoods without government aid. As long as Bolsonaro remains in power, Brazil will continue facing this apocalyptic scenario across health, political, and social crises.

THE FOUR HORSEMEN OF THE APOCALYPSE PRESENT IN BRAZIL:
PLAGUE, DEATH, WAR AND HUNGER

Brazil is currently facing the four horsemen of its apocalypse. The Four Horsemen of the
Apocalypse are characters described in the third prophetic vision of the apostle John in
the biblical book of Revelation or Apocalypse that are Pest, Death, War and Hunger. In
this view of the apostle John, the white horse and its rider represent the Plague represented
by the new Coronavirus and its ally, Jair Bolsonaro, the Antichrist, the false Christ, the
false religion, which presents itself as if it were the promised Messiah and deceives the
nation with your insane acts. The yellow horse symbolizes the growing Death of the
Brazilian population by the plague due to the Bolsonaro government's lack of fight against
the new Coronavirus and the death by hunger of Brazil's poor populations due to the lack
of financial support from the Bolsonaro government. The red horse is a symbol of War
and bloodshed, representing the scourges that may occur in Brazil if the civil war happens
in the country encouraged and desired by the current government. The black horse
symbolizes the Hunger resulting from the collapse of the Brazilian economy resulting
from the incompetence and inaction of the Bolsonaro government in the economic
recovery of the country that generates the greatest unemployment in the history of Brazil
and the death by hunger of the poor populations of Brazil due to the lack of financial
support of Bolsonaro government to vulnerable populations.
The Coronavirus pandemic and the Bolsonaro government can be considered one of the
horsemen of the Apocalypse of the apostle John, the Plague. The new Coronavirus and
its ally, the Bolsonaro government, can therefore be considered the Plague. The
Bolsonaro government is allied with the new Coronavirus because its attitudes contribute
to the advancement of the Plague by taking a stand against vaccines and taking a stand
against the use of masks and restrictive measures on the agglomeration of people adopted
by governors and mayors under the pretext that it is I also need to save the Brazilian
economy from the debacle. Even in the face of the current collapse of the Brazilian health
system with the dizzying escalation of the new Coronavirus, Bolsonaro remains an ally
of the virus by not assuming responsibility to lead the fight against the pandemic. The
indispensable condition for Brazil to win the war is to be united against the common
enemy, the new Coronavirus. In Brazil, this condition is not respected because the
President of the Republic, Jair Bolsonaro, does not assume this responsibility stating that
companies must continue to operate and people must return to work to keep their jobs. In
Brazil, many companies continue to operate and workers move to work because the
Bolsonaro government does not offer them the financial conditions necessary for
companies to stop their activities and workers to stay at home and not to crowd in the
means of transport. The result of the Bolsonaro government's action is the horror of the
catastrophe of the collective murder of the Brazilian people by the new Coronavirus by
one of the horsemen of the Apocalypse, Death, and also by another horsemen of the
Apocalypse, the Hunger.
Brazil's economic catastrophe and famine, which multiplies throughout the country, can
be associated with one of the horsemen of the Apocalypse of the apostle John, Death.
Brazil is a country that had its economic system in a terminal stage before the spread of
the new Coronavirus and that worsened with the Bolsonaro government. The economic
catastrophe experienced by Brazil is reflected in the meager GDP growth since 2014,

which worsened in 2019 and 2020 when they presented negative growth. The drop in
GDP growth in 2019 and 2020 resulted from the drop in consumption by the population
caused by the mass unemployment aggravated by the new Coronavirus, by the fall in
private investment as a result of the country's economic stagnation and by the fall in public
investment due to the fiscal crisis and the establishment of the spending ceiling in the
budget, as well as the government's effort to reduce the State's participation in the
economy with its neoliberal policies. The result of the Bolsonaro government's action is
the horror of the economic catastrophe characterized by the bankruptcy of the Brazilian
economy with the widespread bankruptcy of companies and by mass unemployment
unprecedented in the history of Brazil with about 28 million unemployed and discouraged
Brazilians. Hunger is one of the consequences of the government's inaction in the
recovery of the economy and the lack of financial support for the majority of the poor
population who are facing a life of extreme poverty.
The political catastrophe of Brazil can be associated with one of the horsemen of the
Apocalypse of the apostle John, the War. The civil war could happen in Brazil as a result
of the actions of Jair Bolsonaro with his attempt to arm the population and involve the
civil and military police in his purpose of implanting a dictatorship in Brazil that can lead
to the bloodshed of the Brazilian population and the destruction democratic institutions
in the country. The political catastrophe is being prosecuted by Bolsonaro with his various
attempts to implant a fascist dictatorship in Brazil like those of involving the Armed
Forces in a coup d'etat. The Bolsonaro government itself has intensified the conflict
between the Presidency of the Republic and the other powers of the Republic and the
confrontation with its opponents to justify the implantation of a dictatorship in Brazil to
govern without the obstacles currently imposed by the 1988 Constitution.
The social catastrophe of Brazil can be associated with one of the horsemen of the
Apocalypse of the apostle John, the Hunger. In a pandemic year of the new Coronavirus,
more than 300 thousand people died due to the disease in Brazil, millions were infected
and millions more lost their jobs and income. Hunger is a reality for thousands of people
in Brazil and with the crisis caused by the pandemic of the new Coronavirus this problem
is significantly increasing. Hunger and misery knock on the doors of these families'
homes. Hunger comes from the lack of food that affects a high number of people in Brazil.
This process is the result of income inequality. The lack of money causes about 32 million
people to go hungry and another 65 million people to eat precariously. Faced with this
social catastrophe, the Bolsonaro government does nothing to mitigate it.
As long as Jair Bolsonaro remains in power, there is no possibility of turning aside the
Apocalypse scenario in Brazil. There is no possibility that the Bolsonaro government will
overcome the horror represented by the expansion of the new Coronavirus, prevent the
escalation of the death of the Brazilian population by the new Coronavirus, avoid the
constant threat of implanting a dictatorship that could lead to civil war in Brazil and avoid
a dizzying escalation of hunger in the country. Brazil is therefore facing the greatest
humanitarian catastrophe in its history with the four horsemen of the Apocalypse who are
demanding from the Brazilian people the struggle in defense of life against the new
Coronavirus, of democracy against the dictatorial threats of the Bolsonaro government
and of social peace in Brazil against the civil war and against the hunger and misery of
the population. Brazil is experiencing decisive moments in its history. It is in the hands
of the Brazilian people to put an end to the Apocalypse that is underway.

which we live, because only then will we make tyrants tremble with their dictatorial and
genocidal projects.
