  • 3. WHAT IS THE COUPON BUREAU? A non-profit, open market platform connecting all stakeholders in the coupon ecosystem through technology and community.

The innovation is made possible by the consensus of the industry NON-PROFIT Remains agnostic to the industry and stakeholders while being “industry managed” through the Board of Directors OPEN MARKET CONNECTIVITY Supports all contributors to the ecosystem, enabling innovation and product development for the coupon industry Secure, shared network that can support unlimited coupons, data, and instances to power today’s coupon campaigns NO HARDWARE Simple connectivity through APIs rather than hardware. More cost effective and easier to implement
  • 5. THE SOLUTION THE COUPON BUREAU Universal Positive Offer File A database of all distributed, serialized coupons available for redemption.
  • 6. WHY A ‘POSITIVE OFFER FILE’? A proactive way to universally ensure intended, valid redemptions. A digital paper-trail for (AI) 8112 offers.
  • 7. WHAT IS IT NOT? ● Does not see or capture consumer data ● Does not see or capture basket data ● Does not reconcile/ settle ● Does not provide distribution
  • 8. HOW IT WORKS Provider/Brand adds offer to Positive Offer File STEP 1 STEP 2 Consumer presents offer at POS STEP 3 Offer accepted, GTINs sent to POS and Positive Offer File updated
