12.Definition
-in this part unless the context otherwise require,"State"includes the
Government of india and the parliment and the Government and the
legistature of each of the States and within the territory of india or the
Government of india .all local and other authorities are under control.
13.Laws inconsistent with or in derogationof the

(1)All laws in force in the territory of india immediately before the
commencement of this constitutions shall be void to the extent they are
inconsistent with the provisions of this part. (2)The state shall not make any
law which takes away or abridges the rights conferred by this part and every
law made in contravention of this section shall be void to the exent of the
contravention. (3) In this article,unless the Context otherwise requires-
(a)"law"includes any ordinance having the force of law in the territory of India
order ,bye law ,rule,regulation ,notificatin ,customary (b)any laws passed or
made before the commencement of this constitution by any Legislature or
other competent authority in the territory of india under any law not already
repealed
Has been ,whether any such law or any part thereof for the time being
Not fully operational in specific areas.(4)Nothing in this article shall be made
in any part of this Constitution made under article 368.
The amendment will not apply.Right to Equality
14.Equality before law ,Equality before law shall be given to any person within
the territory of the state India Shall not deprive him of Equality or equal
protection of the laws. 15.Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion
,race caste,sex or place of birth.(1)The state shall not discriminate against any
citizen on grounds of his religion ,race ,caste ,sex,place of birth or any them.
(2)No citizen of any religion,race ,caste ,sex,place of birth or any of on the
basis (a)shops public eateries , hotels and places of public entertainment,
(b)Wholly in part out of the state fund or for the use for the use of the general
public the dedicated kush shall not be subject to any sustenance liability
terms or conditions in respect of the use of ponds, bathing ghats,roads and
places of public, (3)Nothing in this article shall prevent the state from making
any special provision for women and children (4)Nothing in this article or in
clause (2) of article 29 given the state a social and shall not prevent any
educationally backward classes of citizen from doing any special favors for
the advancement or for the scheduled castes and the scheduled Tribes.
