"Kremenchug Invest"
Advisory assistance:
Poltava Regional Center of Investment and Development
The document presents a concept for the creation of an industrial park called "CENTRAL" in Kremenchuk, Ukraine. The initiator of the project is the Kremenchuk City Council. The industrial park aims to attract investment, introduce modern technologies, and become a leader in industrial production in the region. It will have five sectors focusing on various industries like engineering, logistics, IT, and alternative energy. The 168.55 hectare park is expected to generate over $422 million USD in investment and create over 3,500 new jobs. It will improve the local economy and standards of living.
The document proposes an eco-industrial park at the Port of San Francisco that would include a biodiesel plant and biosolids treatment facilities. The biodiesel plant would be an anchor tenant using feedstock from a rendering plant and water treatment plant. It would supply biodiesel to city and port fleets. The biosolids treatment would move pelletized biosolids by barge instead of trucks to reduce emissions. Adding food waste digesters could produce compost and methane. The eco-industrial park would create jobs and benefits for the community through reduced traffic, noise, pollution and odors.
Planning & Design Guidelines GREEN INDUSTRIAL PARK for ALEAP, Nandigama, Andh...AurovilleConsulting
The document describes plans for the Nandigama Green Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh, India. It is a 78-acre industrial park envisioned as a model for sustainable development. A multi-disciplinary team created guidelines to integrate clean technologies, renewable energy, environmental protection, and resource efficiency. The planning process included visioning, data collection, establishing principles, and developing alternative site plans. Limitations included the pre-selected site and tenant mix, which did not fully align with principles of eco-industrial parks.
The document proposes a concept for an industrial park called "Centralnyi" in Kremenchuk, Ukraine to promote the development of the automobile industry. The park would be established on 168 hectares of land and organized into 7 sections hosting auto assembly, components manufacturing, and logistics facilities. Over 30 years, the park aims to concentrate production, create a supply chain network, and generate new high-tech jobs and exports. The concept estimates construction costs of $20 million and outlines management roles. By 2042, the park expects to increase industry production by 12%, attract $250 million in investment, and create thousands of new jobs and production facilities to boost regional economic growth.
This document provides information about Technopark "Idea" including its total area, premises space, investment scope, number of companies and employees, average salaries, shareholders, anchor residents, indicators, salary data over time, development stages of resident companies, client profile, vocational guidance programs, the Youth Innovation Creativity Centre, soft infrastructure projects, success stories including Technopolis "Himgrad" and its Nanotechnology Centre and activities.
The document discusses plans for the creation of two industrial parks in Ukraine - one in Pavlohrad and one in Kryvyi Rih. For the Pavlohrad industrial park, key details provided include the planned 250 hectare land plot, estimated costs of 215 million UAH for network admission, and summaries of water, electricity, and gas supply plans. For the Kryvyi Rih industrial park, the summary includes the planned 26 hectare land plot and an assessment of network admission costs. Overall financial projections estimate a payback period of 77.5 months for Pavlohrad and 74.5 months for Kryvyi Rih, with expected economic benefits of new jobs and tax revenues for both
The document discusses plans to establish an industrial park in Dnipro, Ukraine. It will transform a former 60-hectare industrial site into a modern business and innovation hub. The project will attract investment, create jobs, and redevelop a central brownfield area. Infrastructure like roads, utilities, and public spaces will be constructed. Environment Protection and Regulations in Industrial Cluster (IC) Development...AI Publications
Production and business establishments in industrial clusters (CCNs) have opportunities and conditions to increase productivity and reduce costs through taking advantage of geographical proximity. At present, some CCNs and the majority of CCNs are established and developed on the basis of value chain of production and product supply. Therefore, CCN has promoted cooperation, association and increased competitiveness of production and business establishments in the cluster. According to Michael Porter, CCNs have the potential to affect competition in three ways: i) By increasing the efficiency of firms in the Cluster; ii) By regulating innovation in the region; iii) By encouraging businesses in the area. Therefore, CCN is the nucleus that promotes regional and local socio-economic development
