Vivekananda attained psychic powers through concentrating on the concept of a 0 God, as in Buddhism, atheism, and Islam. Practicing namaz helped him achieve a 0 mind state. However, later preaching that idolatry was natural went against atheistic and scientific principles. This caused the "cosmic consciousness" to destroy his consciousness, leading to various illnesses and his early death at age 39.

Lecture Lahore Islam in Comparison with Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad
of Qadianas
The Promised Messiah and Mahdi
Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama‘at
other Religions of India
About the Author
Born in 1835 in Qadian (India), Hadrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad,
the Promised Messiah and Mahdias, devoted himself to the
study of the Holy Quran and to a life of prayer and devotion.
Finding Islam the target of foul attacks from all directions and
the fortunes of Muslims at a low ebb, he, as the Imam and the
voice articulate of the age, undertook the task of vindicating
Islam and presenting its teachings in their pristine purity. In his
vast corpus of writings, lectures, discourses, religious debates
etc., he argued that Islam was the only living faith, by
following which, man could establish contact with his Creator
and enter into communion with Him. He announced that God
had appointed him the Messiah and Mahdi, according to the
prophecies of the Bible, the Holy Quran and Ahadith. In 1889
he began to accept initiation into his Jama‘at, which is now
established in over a hundred and eighty countries. He wrote
more than eighty books in Urdu, Arabic and Persian.
After his demise in 1908, the Promised Messiahas was
succeeded by Khulafa (Successors), who have continued his
mission. Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih Vat,
is the present head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama‘at and the
fifth Successor of the Promised Messiahas.
About the Book
Islam in comparison with other Religions of India, which is
commonly known as Lecture Lahore, was written by the
Promised Messiahas and was read out in his presence by Maulana
‘Abdul Karim Sahib Sialkoti before a large gathering in Lahore
on 3rd September, 1904. This lecture contains a comparativeteachings of Islam to be superior to those of other religions.
The Promised Messiahas says the reason for the deluge of sin in
the present age is the lack of awareness about God, and this
can be remedied neither by the Christian doctrine of
Redemption nor by the teachings laid down in the Vedas. True
and perfect awareness about God, which can only be attained
through direct communion with the Almighty, can only be
attained through Islam, for other religions have once and for all
closed upon themselves the door to Divine revelation.

The origins of Buddhism lie in ancient India.
The religious landscape of the time was shaped by the ideology of the Aryas, a nomadic group who travelled into India around the beginning of the second millennium BCE.
The teachings of the social group known as brahmanas are found within texts such as the Ṛg Veda and Upaniṣads. These contain teachings, philosophies and ritual guides.
The Brahmanic tradition also introduced the caste system.
There were also ascetic movements found within India which had ideologies that did not necessarily agree with brahmanic thought.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

1. The Cause of Vivekananda’s
collapse : Atheist Thesis.
Faisal Rahman
2. introduction
• Swami Vivekananda was
an Indian Hindu monk, a chief
disciple of the 19th-century
Indian mystic Ramakrishna. He
was a key figure in the
introduction of the Indian
philosophies
of Vedanta and Yoga to the
Western world and is credited
with raising interfaith awareness,
bringing Hinduism to the status of
a major world religion during the
late 19th century. He was a major
force in the revival of Hinduism in
India, and contributed to the
concept of nationalism in colonial
India. (Wikipedia)
3. • began his speech with "Sisters
and brothers of America!". At
these words, Vivekananda
received a two-minute standing
ovation from the crowd of seven
thousand. According to Sailendra
Nath Dhar, when silence was
restored he began his address,
greeting the youngest of the
nations on behalf of "the most
ancient order of monks in the
world, the Vedic order of
sannyasins, a religion which has
taught the world both tolerance,
of and universal acceptance.
(Wikipedia)
4. • At the time of his death he was
suffering from 31 type of ailment,
including asthma, diabetes,
insomnia, migraine, Liver and
kidney diseases.
5. • In this thesis, we shall
investigate two issues from a
scientific and atheistic point of
view.
• 1. What is the source of his
Psychic power that he displayed
in the west?
• 2.Why he died at the age of 39
from 31 type of disease ?
6. Atheism is scientific
• Philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach and
psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud have
argued that God and other religious
beliefs are human inventions, created
to fulfill various psychological and
emotional wants or needs. This is
also a view of many Buddhists, Karl
Marx and Friedrich Engels, influenced
by the work of Feuerbach, argued
that belief in God and religion are
social functions, used by those in
power to oppress the working
class.(Wikipedia)
• God is 0.
7. Idolatry is unscientific
• Sigmund Freud says Idolatry
evolved from man’s repressed
sexual desire . The sons killed
their father driven by Oedipus
complex . After that they made
an icon in lieu of their father
because of their guilt and began
to worship it.
8. • James Frazer say’s Primitive
people had no scientific
knowledge they saw dead men in
their dreams and believed that
every thing has a soul . So they
began to worship nature .this way
idolatry originated.
9. • We are assuming that
Vivekananda was originally an
atheist.
10. • Vivekananda concentrated on 0. Like
he said “ If you have zeroness inside
you ,you will feel heroness of Ishta-
Devta inside you “
• Meditating about a 0 God unleashed
the psychic power that is locked with
in the mind.
11. Quantum mechanics.
• This is Quantum mechanics that
wave function collapse depends
on the observer who is measuring
the system.
• Consciousness can effect matter,
this concept is also found in
Vedanta.
12. • Some says Quantum Mechanics
means every thing has
consciousness .
• We can assume that nature has
consciousness .It is a cosmic
consciousness.
13. • Some scientists claim that dogs have ESP.
• Dr. Fox believes that animals can tap into
what he calls the “empathosphere,”
where thoughts and feelings physically
exist. Animals seem able to detect events
at a geographical distance or to find their
way to useful places (such as the locations
of their masters) even if they’ve never
been to those locations before. This arises
from their heightened empathy, according
to Dr. Fox.(Internet)
• Then it is reasonable to think there is
some sort of intangible force field that
reacts with human mind.
14. • Vivekananda’s 0 status of mind
exerted an intangible force field
on the minds of the audience .
That is why people became
mesmerized.
• But then He also made a mistake.
• He preached idolatry.
15. • We are all born idolaters, and idolatry
is good, because it is in the nature of
man. Who can get beyond it? Only
the perfect man, the God-man. The
rest are all idolaters. So long as we
see this universe before us, with its
forms and shapes, we are all
idolaters. This is a gigantic symbol we
are worshipping. He who says he is
the body is a born idolater.
• (Vivekananda)
16. Vivekananda’s reaction to the Christian
scholarship.
• During the colonial era, Christian
missionaries aiming to convert
Hindus to Christianity wrote memoirs
and books that were widely
distributed in Europe,
where Murti were claimed as the
evidence of lack of spiritual heritage
in primitive Hindus, of "idolatry and
savage worship of stones“. practices
akin to Biblical demons, calling Murti
as monstrous devils to eroticized
bizarre beings carved in stone.
• (Wikipedia)
17. • Vivekananda was reacting to the
Christian scholarship . He was saying
that Hindus are not savages , they
have a highly developed philosophy
,Vedanta . Their idolatry is not a mere
practice of Animism . But vedantism
is synonymous with quantum
Mechanics .
• Nature is prevailed with cosmic
consciousness.
18. • Now , Atheism = scientific and
idolatry = unscientific .
• When Vivekananda preached
idolatry , he preached unscientific
theory . So the cosmic consciousness
destroyed his consciousness. He fell
sick and died.
20. • Buddhism does not advocate belief in
gods. Early Buddhism was atheistic
as Gautama Buddha’s path involved
no mention of gods. Later
conceptions of Buddhism consider
Buddha himself a god, suggest
adherents can attain godhood, and
revere Bodhisattvas and Eternal
Buddha.(Wikipedia)
• So, Buddhist God =0
21. • Muslims are like atheist , they
worship a 0 God .Their temple
has no image of the God.
• Islamic kalma says “ there is no
God But God “
• God=0 and God =1
• So the first part kalma is like that
of Buddhism .
• God =0
22. • Then Buddhism and
Mohammedanism both are
Atheist spiritualism
• Practitioners concentrate on 0
God.
• The psychic power comes from 0 .
23. • When Vivekananda was An
atheist he was classified with
Mohammedans and Buddhists .
• So spiritual power with in him
developed.
• But when he preached idolatry he
became classified with the anti
spiritual force .
• The spirit of atheism destroyed
his consciousness.
• Vivekananda died from adverse
effects of idolatry.
25. Samkhya is strongly dualist.[Sāmkhya philosophy
regards the universe as consisting of two
realities; puruṣa(consciousness)
and prakṛi (matter). Jiva (a living being) is that
state in which puruṣa is bonded to prakṛti in
some form. This fusion, state the Samkhya
scholars, led to the emergence
of buddhi ("intellect") and ahaṅkāra (ego
consciousness). The universe is described by this
school as one created by purusa-prakṛti entities
infused with various permutations and
combinations of variously enumerated
elements, senses, feelings, activity and
mind.During the state of imbalance, one of
more constituents overwhelm the others,
creating a form of bondage, particularly of the
mind. The end of this imbalance, bondage is
called liberation, or kaivalya, by the Samkhya
school.
26. • Puruṣa, the eternal pure
consciousness, due to ignorance,
identifies itself with products of
prakṛti such as intellect (buddhi) and
ego (ahamkara). This results in
endless transmigration and suffering.
However, once the realization arises
that puruṣa is distinct from prakṛti, is
more than empirical ego, and that
puruṣa is deepest conscious self
within, the Self gains isolation
(kaivalya) and freedom (moksha).
(wikipedia)
27. • Prakṛti remains unmanifested as long
as the three gunas are in equilibrium.
This equilibrium of the gunas is
disturbed when prakṛti comes into
proximity with consciousness or
Purusha. The disequilibrium of the
gunas triggers an evolution that leads
to the manifestation of the world
from an unmanifested prakṛti.
The existence of God or supreme
being is not directly asserted, nor
considered relevant by the Samkhya
philosophers. Sāṃkhya denies
the final cause of Ishvara(God)
(Wikipedia)
28. • So we see ,
• according to Samkhya God=0 .
• Consciousness manifests the
material world which is
consistent with quantum physics .
• Samkya is scientific.
29. Theory
• A consciousness that concentrates on
0 , Becomes 0. Therefore, it becomes
a God (Because God =0 )
• Consciousness =God=0.
• It becomes able to exert power on
mater and can effect wave function
collapse.
• When ,God=0 , then, Idol =0 , Ego=0 ,
• Matter =0
• As a result The consciousness get
freed from the matter and can
manifest the matter.
30. • Vivekananda like Buddha
concentrated on 0 .
• When, God=0, Idol=0 ,Ego=0,then
Matter =0 . His consciousness got
freed from the material existence.
• But later , when he said “ idolatry is
natural “,”Idolatry is not a sin“. He
became anti scientific, anti –atheist
and anti-samkya.
• His levitated mind experienced the
force of inertia or the material world
and The reverse process destroyed
his consciousness.
31. Vivekanandism
• Vivekananda wanted to unify
religions based on Dialectic method.
• Thesis + anti thesis = Synthesis
• Like the weight of 330 million gods
can be balanced with the weight of
the one god at some point of a lever.
• But physics can’t be used in this way
to unify religions.
• He was destroyed by the Cosmic
consciousness for his unscientific
attempts.
33. • Vivekananda’s father used to mix up
with the Islamic scholars.
• His Teacher Ramakrishna used to
perform namaz on irregular basis.
• Ramakrishna learnt Namaz from
Govinda Roy , Who used to perform
Namaz five times daily.
34. • In 1866, Govinda Roy, a Hindu guru who
practised Sufism, initiated Ramakrishna
into Islam. Ramakrishna said that he
"devoutly repeated the name of Allah, wore
a cloth like the Arab Muslims, said their
prayer five times daily, and felt the same
connection with the almighty that he did
when praying to the divine Goddess
Kali.(wikipedia)
• one of his remarkable visions: “I was
meditating under the banyan tree when I
was shown a Mussalman (a Muslim). He
came to me with rice in an earthen plate.
The Mother (Kali) showed me that there
exists only One and not two. It
is Satchidananda (Truth - Knowledge - Bliss -
Absolute, Brahman) alone that has taken
various forms; He alone has become the
world and its living beings.”(Internet)
35. • You ... people have very hard ideas
and are so superstitious and
prejudiced! These messengers must
have come from God, else how could
they have been so great?
• We must not judge them. Christ may
judge Mohammed. Who are you and
I? Little babies. What do we
understand of these great souls? ...
• (Vivekananda ) (internet)
36. • We can see
• Vivekananda’s teacher used to
perform namaz . And he believed
that Jesus and Mohammad are the
messengers from the God.
• Therefore it is logical to assume that
Vivekananda used to perform namaz.
37. God in Quran
• Say , Allah is one.
• God=0
• Allah depends on none.
• Allah has no father and no son.
• God=f(0); 0=f(God)
• Allah is equal to none.
• God=0
• (Sura:Ikhlas)
38. • Islamic God is 0 Like atheism .
• Muslims worship a 0 God .
• Repeatedly concentrating on a 0
God makes their mind 0.
• From a 0 mind comes God like power.
• Nobody will be able to attain a 0
status of mind without the namaz.
39. • I am firmly persuaded that without
the help of practical Islam, theories
of Vedantism, however fine and
wonderful they may be, are entirely
valueless to the vast mass of
mankind. (Vivekananda).
• Now my reader ;you understand
Why Vivekananda thought that
without Islam the Vedanta is useless.
• Without Practical Namaz it is not
possible to attain a 0 mind or perfect
atheism.
40. • God is God. There is no philosophy,
no complicated code of ethics. "Our
God is one without a second, and
Mohammed is the Prophet." ...
Mohammed began to preach it in the
streets of Mecca. ... They began to
persecute him, and he fled into the
city of [Medina]. He began to fight,
and the whole race became united.
[Mohammedanism] deluged the
world in the name of the Lord. The
tremendous conquering power! ...
• (Vivekananda)
41. • Mohammad had a 0 mind like
Buddha which is the source of his
God like power.
• But his radius of spiritual
circumference were far greater
than that of the Buddha’s.
• While Buddha only found a 0 God
, Mohammad saw further than
that and found an 1 God, also.
42. Idolatry in Quran
• [4:116] GOD does not forgive idol
worship (if maintained until death),*
and He forgives lesser offenses for
whomever He wills. Anyone who
idolizes any idol beside GOD has
strayed far astray.
• [39:65] It has been revealed to you,
and to those before you that if you
ever commit idol worship, all your
works will be nullified, and you will be
with the losers.
43. • Vivekananda attained his 0 state of
Consciousness through Namaz
(Worshiping of 0 God).
• But later , when he said “Idolatry is
natural” , “ Idolatry is not a sin”.
• He became Anti-scientific , anti
atheist and anti –Quran.
• So the cosmic consciousness or the
consciousness of Science , destroyed
him
