On a 10-point productivity scale, 76% of men versus 87% of women give themselves a
rating of 8, 9, or 10.

When asked how many hours they work in a typical
week, men work 2 more hours than women per week on
average.
8% of men said they fake working outside of standard business hours to get the
overtime, compared to 1% of women.
Difference #6: Level of Compensation
Women (88%) may sense a “salary gap” and are more likely than men (79%) to feel they
deserve higher compensation for their contribution to their company.
