The documentary examines themes of female representation in video games and media stereotypes through interviews and footage of the game Lara Croft. Low key lighting and a projector shining on interviewees' faces creates an eerie feel. A green screen is used behind interviewees and non-diegetic electro music plays throughout, with diegetic interview audio and Madonna music also included. Camera work includes conventional medium close ups of interviews along with establishing shots and handheld camera work to feel like being inside the game. Editing uses cross cuts between the game and interviews with a fast pace and archive footage is drawn from an Angelina Jolie interview, game footage, magazines and ads.
