7. For each of the 4 Key areas, teachers are asked to rate
their competency level on a 4 point scale:
1- EARLY
2- DEVELOPING
3- ADVANCED
4- TARGET
There are 6 components to each key area, worth up to
4 points a piece. Each key area is then totaled to
measure the classification for each area.
