This project can improve my creativity as a designer. In this project you wouldn't know what the outcome would be until finishing the process which makes it very Interesting.
In my earlier paper entitled, “The “Program Tetrahedron”: A Changed Baseline Control
Basis under Strategic Program Management” I made the case that the
traditional control of project dynamics described by the project management triangle is inadequate when we consider longer project durations such as those
associated with a facility’s complete life cycle.
In this paper I will further develop this thinking, looking closer at some of the
relationships these new control bases create.

Computer Graphics Project- The Running TrainAmit Kumar
An electric locomotive is a locomotive powered by electricity from overhead lines, a third rail or on-board energy storage such as a battery or fuel cell.
This project is all about modelling with many more features of openGL. The starting point is a small virtual space that consists of a grassy plain with a simple parallel railway track running on it. It also consists of a plain of clear sky. It also contains engine & bogies with electric wires for power supply. Lastly, it contains wheels rotating & translating in forward direction.

The aim of this project is to communicate information about the collection of some items to certain audience. The project should be implemented by choosing owned collection or items from UAL archives. The information should be obtained from the subject and then should be compared, linked and displayed. It is also important to show the enthusiasm for the selected collection as well as the information about the object that is gained in the process.
Since 1990 that Hubble is launched, it has made a huge contribution to our understanding and knowledge from the universe. As one of NASA’s most successful science project, it has unveiled many secrets above the world above us through sending thousands of images from the universe. This project aims to explore the 25 years of Hubble’s mission to explain that how it improved our knowledge about the universe.
Book Formatting: Quality Control Checks for DesignersConfidence Ago
This presentation was made to help designers who work in publishing houses or format books for printing ensure quality.
Quality control is vital to every industry. This is why every department in a company need create a method they use in ensuring quality. This, perhaps, will not only improve the quality of products and bring errors to the barest minimum, but take it to a near perfect finish.
It is beyond a moot point that a good book will somewhat be judged by its cover, but the content of the book remains king. No matter how beautiful the cover, if the quality of writing or presentation is off, that will be a reason for readers not to come back to the book or recommend it.
So, this presentation points designers to some important things that may be missed by an editor that they could eventually discover and call the attention of the editor.

Transforming Brand Perception and Boosting Profitabilityaaryangarg12
In today's digital era, the dynamics of brand perception, consumer behavior, and profitability have been profoundly reshaped by the synergy of branding, social media, and website design. This research paper investigates the transformative power of these elements in influencing how individuals perceive brands and products and how this transformation can be harnessed to drive sales and profitability for businesses.
Through an exploration of brand psychology and consumer behavior, this study sheds light on the intricate ways in which effective branding strategies, strategic social media engagement, and user-centric website design contribute to altering consumers' perceptions. We delve into the principles that underlie successful brand transformations, examining how visual identity, messaging, and storytelling can captivate and resonate with target audiences.
Methodologically, this research employs a comprehensive approach, combining qualitative and quantitative analyses. Real-world case studies illustrate the impact of branding, social media campaigns, and website redesigns on consumer perception, sales figures, and profitability. We assess the various metrics, including brand awareness, customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to measure the effectiveness of these strategies.
The results underscore the pivotal role of cohesive branding, social media influence, and website usability in shaping positive brand perceptions, influencing consumer decisions, and ultimately bolstering sales and profitability. This paper provides actionable insights and strategic recommendations for businesses seeking to leverage branding, social media, and website design as potent tools to enhance their market position and financial success.

In this project three connected or
unconnected things should be selected
and explored in any possible way. Then,
the publication should be produced
that show the findings in an informative
manner. The publication should reflect
the skill of the author in typography,
required techniques, visualisation and
mapping of the information.
First word is colourful glasses. The main
reason I have chosen this subject was
my fascination for history and ancient
buildings. In many ancient buildings
in my country, Iran, the combination of
colourful glasses are used for making
the windows in some rooms. Not only
it helped to dim the very bright ray of
sunshine that can make the room very
hot in the summer and hurt the eyes, it
also make a very smoothing and relaxing
ambiance in the room during the day.
Thus, I was inspired to use the colourful
glasses for this project. Then, I thought
about what I can do with it and try to find
the other words during my tests.
5. Testing the words
2
By using the coloures and shapes that
they use in those types of windows, I
tried to design a packaging for Persian
brand in the UK.
I have looked at different Persian brands
in the UK. These brands are Persian
but the logo and branding doesn’t show
it. Hence, the idea was to do proper
branding for these types of products and
I started from there.
7. Tetrahedron Workshop. The workshop
was really helpful for the project. It helps
me to find the words that I was looking
for by exploring it, finding similar words
near to the words that we have been
chosen and finding the similar ones.

9. Second word is Light. After the
workshop and feedbacks,
I focused on the reflection and light.
The most interesting thing about that
kind of glasses was the reflection
which it has been made by light.
Found the secound word

12. Testing ideas to find the third
required word
I came up with the Idea of testing
light with Acrylic Plastic Glasses
after doing some workshops and
interviews with art students at LCC.
I wanted to see how they combine
together.
I have taken photos and videos from
my tastings.
20. Third word & out come ideas
Fig 16, Pattern, Google search .
After testing the ideas and getting
feedbacks and interviews the reflection
is selected as the tird word.
The out come out of these testing could
be pattern, exhibition, power of light.
The power of light in this project is
wonderful and looking at them give a
different feeling and new experiance to
the audiance.
21. The question that I had in my mind was
that how to make the pattern and what
type of pattern would be interesting?
Should I use the pattern that can be
made by light or I would add different
patterns on them? Would it be nice to
use it in space?

22. coloureful acrolic glasses,
light , reflection
I have taken lots of photos by using
different lights with different shapes of
glasses. I have tried to play with light to
make nice reflection and pattern. Here
are some of the photos.
34. In the interviews from arts students at
UAL, everyone got different ideas from
these tests that I have done with these
three words. For example, one of them
found different type of logos out of it. The
other one found letters, the other one
who was studying architecture imagined
different shapes of buildings from it and
recommended to read the book from
famous architecture Steven Holl.
The out come is about 12th century, the
date of using these stained glasses in
artichect. Ancient art of light event.
I have done some testes and the
feedback about posters was about
changing colours
