Boss,
This is in reference to the training held at Nirula's on 24th March 2008 for our showroom
sales staff.The training was beneficial for all these people in terms of enhancing their
product knowledge and CDMA vs GSM comparison. It was a very interactive and
charged up session as all the participants took keen interest in the programme and were
very positive after the session concluded.
These kind of training programmes should be held on a regular basisas this will help in
enhancing the selling skills and increase in productivity.

Dear Maheep,
Thanks a lot for the support that you gave to the WB-BHR-JH RNA Relcom team
in the Month just gone by making Prabhjot available for 23 days in Kolkatta that
definitely helped the RNA-Bengal team.
We all stand proud of Mr Sood for being able to help out the family at large and
find benefits for him to check different batches of participants in different cultural
backgrounds. Thanks indeed to both of you for the invaluable support.
All his batches went of pretty well and I have taken feedback from business side
and they too had good things to say, specifically his inputs on Clarify and
procedures etc were highly appreciated by the participants all across.
One must appreciate his initiatives to get the real-time details of products & tariffs
etc while in the class and the drive to add value to his classroom participants.
This really matters in an ILT like ours.
I am sure he will evolve further in future and grow as a very successful trainer. A
trainer at the end of the day evolves with every changing situation and
opportunity and the learning he TAKES home from each of his sessions.

Value additions in BBSA & shared with all wherever I go
1) Day1: Training Video (Hindi): Broad Band network layout basics about
planning, fiber optic laying, DLC. This gives overview of our intelligent network &
understanding of basic technical terms is simplified.
2) Day2: FLP features Flash video followed by trainer led discussion & practical
on FLP set. This has helped participants to understand technical & feature
richness superiority of our instruments compared to those given by competition.
Hands on practice FLP
3) Day3: Practise for CAF fulfillment & reading/explaining the bill. All participants are
given CAF, CAF checklist, and Accepted documents for POI & POA, each participant to
fill adjacent person's CAF. Current bill of individual & corporate shown as PDF & all
components are discussed. This helps participants to explain first bill when they are in
field & delinquency is minimised.
4) Day3: How CAF/SO moves in system/zero error in CAF. 15-20 min session by
SME:Manish Pratap. This ensures there is no CAF rejection/SO pendency & hence sale is
activated on time, this ensures high Customer Satisfaction.
5) Day4: (Hindi video) Bad Sales Call followed by discussion what is wrong/point
mistakes & active encouragement (special attention to slow learners) participants to think
& healthy discussion is it good or bad for us.
6) Day4:(Hindi video) Good Sales Call followed by discussion what is good & active
encouragement (special attention to slow learners) participants to think & healthy
discussion what are the benefits of doing this.
7) Day3/4: Role-play 3 times for all participants, about tariff plans & selling skills. This
helps participants to gain confidence & propose correct tariff plan.
8)Misc. Updated printout of all tariff plans for FLP & Broadband.

This with regards to the Training that was conducted in Mumbai for Super- DSA
1) Spectra infocomm.
2) Baba tele-world.
These 2 dsa had signed and the FOS/TME team had no knowledge on RIL tarrifs/plans
/schemes.
But the training actually helped them to have a better understanding of the basics in telecom and
also the products and tariffs.
This had a very healthy impact on the sales .
