What distinguishes Terofox Valves is the fact that we manufacture industrial
valves, employing dedicated engineers, quality assurance personnel, working
on our behalf at all our points of manufacture. In this way we are able to
make sure that all our customers’ needs and concerns are consistently and
professionally met and monitored on an ongoing basis.
Our dedicated team, with many years of experience, specialized in providing
own valves and sourcing solutions for valves and fittings in both Taiwan and
China. This includes ODM and OEM, designed engineering for our customers.
Products sourced, service the chemical, petrochemical, process control,
water purification and mechanical engineering requirements of our
customers all over the world.
Terofox provides one stop service in diversity of valves’ procurement too.
Not only our own API594 dual plate check valve and industrial ball valves,
but also including the valves among API600, API602 and API603 Gates,
Globes and Check Valves, Knife Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, API6D Trunnion
mounted Ball Valves, Corrosive PFA valves, Strainers, safety relief valves,
hygienic components, plug valves as well as fittings, flanges, nuts and bolts
are all available on requests. Our manufacturers all adhere to quality
management procedures as laid down in ISO 9001 and PED 97/23/EC
approvals.
Valves are available in the following materials. Carbon steel LLC, LCB, WCB,
WC6 to Austenitic Stainless Steel CF8 ( SS304 ), CF8M (SS316), CF3M (
SS316L), even Duplex, Alloy 20, Monel and Hastelloy C. Our cooperative
foundry has certified by ISO 9001 which is our basic approval in allocating
the foundry.

STEEL GATE VALVES

The Stainless Steel Gate Valve is the most frequent used valve in industrial, power generation,
offshore, marine, and corrosive-resistance applications. As the characteristic of S.S. gate valve,
it provides high corrosive resistance with low carbon grades or super alloy materials. For
decades Stainless Steel Gate valve experiences, Terofox brand valves, to provide 18 months
warranty to ensure the best solutions and best quality for customers.
All Gate valves are full ported and meet the design requirements API 603, B16.34 for general
design. Valves are available in a complete range of body / bonnet material and trims.
There is no min. quantity on our special material Gate Valves, we also produce 1 unit with
various of super austenitic stainless steel or equivalent materials.
Standard body/bonnet materials included grade of austenitic stainless steel, Alloy 20 (ASTM
A351 CN7M) , Super Duplex A890 series, Hastelloy C (ASTM A494 CW12MW) , Monel (ASTM
A494 M-35-1) grade materials for various applications.
We are able to deliver our Stainless Steel Gate Valves within 3 days after receipt of the
orders. We stock in our warehouse from size: ½” ~ 8” in SS316 material. Website now is free

Large handwheels for easy operation, also available

Standard packing
Our standard packing for PTFE is standard load with
cup and cone design, which still provides excellent
movement and long service life on our Gate Valve.
Stem
All wedges are provided with forged T-head, the
stem at the stem wedge connection is strengthened.
This design also allows the wedge to self-align,
eliminating the possibility of a bent stem jamming
the wedge. Our stem nut is A439-D2 coated zinc
to have better resistance on rusty, preventing rusty
by frequent operation, so as to enhance the service
life of valves as well.
Wedge
Flexible wedge is standard unit on gate valve.
Flexible wedge has a one piece, twin disc wedge
which is designed so that each half discs
independently. Solid wedge only available for API602
small forged valve ; split wedge is for our conduit
gate valve.

Globe valves are most commonly used where throttling or both throttling and shutoff are
required. which can be frequently operated due to its low friction, and can regulate the flow
easily. The lineal movement of its axis is shorter than the gate valves, therefore the operating
time and waste is reduced.
We provide handwheel, gear box operation, also work on ISO TOP Flange for actuator
purposes.
All Globe valves are full ported and meet the design requirements B16.34 for general design.
Valves are available in a complete range of body/bonnet material and trims.

Fugitive Low emission certified 1000 turns under 100ppm by gas testing for our stainless steel
gate, globe valves, according to ANSI ISA 93.00.01 norms. Every valve has “low emission “ label
on the bonnet, to assure our high quality principle.

STEEL CHECK VALVES

Check valves are the most commonly used to prevent flow reversal in piping systems.
Swing check valves have low pressure drops and are best suited for moderate velocity
applications. It could be installed in horizontal or vertical position. There’s the directional
mark on the valve’s body to specify the flow direction for end-users.
All Swing Check Valves are full ported and meet the design requirements B16.34 for general
design. Valves are available in a complete range of body / bonnet material and trims.
Heavy-duty design of our swing check valve would provide solid long service life in pipeline
system. We provide more ribs on the valve body, so as to make stronger tensile of valves
while the valves are operating in critical applications.
All our valves are with identical heat number which is legible on body and bonnet caps.
Excellent smooth surface of contact for disc by lapping in our own workshop, we insist on the
quality of discs and also complete swing check valves.
