Types of paragraphs
INTRODUCTION
In this short presentation you will see, six types of
paragraphs. we choose the most relevant and also with
preferential tastes.
We are going to give a brief explanation and some steps
about how to perform this type of paragraphs, also we
include some images examples that we find in google.
Finally , you will know how to create or analyze what type of
paragraph it is.
We try to help you, to analyze, understand and to have
fun reading texts .
DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH
In a descriptive paragraph, the writer must transmit information that appeals to all the senses to give
the reader the best possible description.
The descriptive paragraphs include details that incorporate the five
senses: sight, taste, touch, smell and hearing
EXAMPLE
In a descriptive paragraph the author uses the senses to describe the
attributes of who or what speaks in the text, so that the receiver can make a
clearer picture of what is described.
NARRATIVE PARAGRAPH
A narrative paragraph is one that tells a story in consequence, sequential order and / or chronology.
Something happens first, then second, third, etc.
Because the narrative paragraphs appear in the fiction, they allow the writer to have a
little more freedom to write the story in the style they prefer.
This is known as artistic freedom or artistic license.
These paragraphs are used more distinctly in fiction but are
also found when describing any sequence of actual activity.
