•Robo Dialer (robocall)- Recorded message sent out to phone

the agent hanging up the phone. The agent is given a specific amount of
time to perform this review before dialing next contact number.
•Multi-Line Dialer- Gives agent the ability to dial up to multiple
numbers at one time. One line connects the other have msg or hangs up
with contacts.
