1- The letter manifestation methodology between Ted Owens and the Space
Intelligence :
Instruction :
When performing manifestation send notices first then meditate using the chamber
method for 20 minutes to ask the Space Intelligence for fulfillment of the notice.
How did it work for Ted Owens ?
Case 1. When the emissary instigate a demand he would send a letter first to the
authorities then he would meditate to ask the Space Intelligences to fulfil the content
of the letter.
The SI may fulfil the demand of the emissary in time or they may fulfil it with a delay
because of time windows or they may not fulfil the demand because of the following
reasons : 1.The demand is overlapping with their ongoing operations. 2. The time
window is not favorable.
Case 2 . When the Space intelligence instigate a demand :
they would send a epiphany asking for a letter to sent to the authorities containing
predictions that later on are fulfilled by the space intelligences.
2. The methodology for communicating with the space intelligent when your
brain is not similar to Ted Owens :
Instruction :
1. Look out for synchronicities in your life and in the news worldwide.
2. Look out for epiphanies in your mind.
How did it work for Ted Owens ?
Concerning the synchronicities :
Case 1 : A woman with the same name as Ted Owens was attacked by a big foot. The
event interpretation is : Her name is same as Ted Owens + Powerful ET + No Harm.
Case 2 : A S.I craft drags police cars in a slow chase leading them to a place called
Freedom in Pennsylvania. Interpretation : Powerful ET + Authorities + Lead to
freedom.
2. Concerning epiphany :
One moment you are working at something mundane - the next moment you have
received all the Si's information, the message, a complete, complicated answer to
write to my contacts, composed of perhaps three or four predictions, with details.
3. First contact methodology with the Space Intelligence :
Instruction : When you contact the Space Intelligences they will attempt to contact
you back mentally and by synchronicities.
You may try to contact them physically by going into a desert field and perfoming
your chamber meditation to invite them. Sit-in the dark with your lamp pointing
upwards to the sky, force yourself to sit still no matter what happens, put your hands
out, palms upward, on the ground by your side, or in your lap.
4. The finger of power protocol.
Instruction :
You can cast rain, storm or lightning strike using this method.
You can also send rays to people eyes that repel them.
1. Point your finger to the sky.This is a symbol signal understood by the SI.
2. See in your mind lightning coming out of your hands up into the sky.
3. On the sky itself superimpose, in your mind's eye, the words, "Rain, storm, thunder,
lightning. You can vocalize them and use sacred language as well.
4. Sense that the lightning from your fingers will cause storm conditions, and
crystallize them for the finished product.
5. In your mind's eye, see silent, motionless trees being bent almost double by
powerful wind,
6. See now, superimposed over the sunny landscape, black sheets of rain beating
down.
7. Visualize the chamber protocol.
8. After doing this for 10 to 20 minutes, stop.
9. Let the Space Intelligence take over the rest from here.
10. Know deep down that within hours, or a few days, the storm will come.
5. The Owens S.I chamber protocol + Prediction protocol.
Instructions :
The entire galaxy is manipulable.
1. Perform your session preferable right before bed or use Wake Back to Bed as night
is when space intelligence communicate easier. They may speak or train you.
2. Apply energy psychology goal achievement protocol before using the chamber
protocol as a replacement for Ted Owens 2 days training program.
3. Launch your theta state binaural beats with also a emotion inducing music.

5. You may use gestures to convey your meaning just as in the finger of power.
6. See in your mind eye a small chamber.
7. Inside the chamber are two small creatures, resembling grasshoppers, and insect
like, but standing on two legs. Ted Owens named the creatures Twitter and Tweeter,
the names may have some power.
8. See the creatures looking down into a large, round oval machine, called the Men-
Tel, abbreviation for “mental television”.
9. When you converse with them, you are looking downward, from the right of them,
at their side, and see them looking downward into the Men-Tel where your face
appears in the machine
10. In the Men-Tel there is a live video of you playing that the creatures are watching.
11. As you speak your message the Men-Tel is turning your words into Cymatics
symbols that are then turned frequencies that the creatures understand.
12. You may use mental imagery to convey your message as for example :
If you want a hurricane to happen somewhere Ted Owens would see in his mind's eye
a white box labelled "Fire PK," observe the box open, see the fireballs come out of it,
and see these strange symbols float across the map of the U.S. to the West Coast - and
in the papers, within a few days, or a few weeks, there would come strange-looking
things which would float across the map in his mind down past Florida and out into
the water, where he understood the fireballs were planted, like seeds. Then the seeds
grew, and the hurricanes came forth. Once the hurricane appears, he can make a crude
map showing the Si's where "he wanted the hurricane to go, and most of the time the
hurricane would follow his map accurately.
13. If you have something highly important to say ask for speaking with the
individual called “Control” it is there boss.
14. See a screen appearing on the wall nearby and a mass of light turning into a
human face.
15. This face is speaking and listening to you.
16. If the creatures agree to your demand the place may flash with the color green, If
they disagree it may flash with color Red.

1. Visualize in the Men-Tel four great S.I craft positioned around our globe.
2.These craft are so big, we couldn't even imagine their size. Each one could be
bigger than our earth itself. They are in another dimension.
