Markets opened on a flat note & traded in a narrow range throughout the session. In spite of breaching
yesterday’s low of 20106 / 5946 during the mid session, markets took support at lower levels and bounced back
sharply to close above 5 Days EMA. We reiterate our view that one should trade with a cautious approach as we
are witnessing a negative crossover in the momentum oscillator viz. the RSI. In the coming trading session if
indices trade convincingly above 20000 / 6007 levels then it may test 20105 / 6038 levels. On the downside,
19746 – 19660 / 5928 – 5900 may act as supports for the day.
