 Spot all types of parting line contours, inserts, slides, lifters, retractors and

 Perform drilling, milling, grinding and lathe operations

 5-Axis/ high-speed machining an asset.

 Maintains and repairs electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems.
 Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications as well as
electrical and electronic schematics such as hydraulic and pneumatic
circuits.
 Able to install, examine, replace and repair electrical wiring, receptacles,
switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assembles, light fixtures and other
electrical components.
 Perform all electrical preventative maintenance related inspections,
documenting and reporting results as per procedure.
 Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity,
current, voltage and resistance.
 Fabricate and/or install electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems.
 Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate test instruments and
circuit diagrams.
 Troubleshoot industrial control systems and devices.

 Long term contract, approx. 17 months
 Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.
 Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of safety, quality, cost
reduction, and throughput.
 Working closely with division management to develop, coordinate, and implement technical
training for employees.
 Designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and
new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low
product cost.
 Providing engineering support in production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical
problems.
 Coordinating work with assigned technicians, and outside vendors.
 Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and
management aspects of assigned projects.
 Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.
 Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
 Procurement of equipment and tooling essential to effective operation of the department
 Develop RFQ, vendor selection, requisition development, invoice reconciliation

 443 Ticketed Millwright
 Must be familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics and their operation and repair.
 Must be mechanically inclined
 Welding and fabrication skills required
 Must be able to read and understand mechanical & electrical drawings.
 Knowledge of PLC, their function. (Allen Bradley, PLC5, Se)
 Strong electrical and electronic skills
 Experience with Fanuc and ABB robots is preferred.
 Strong Electrical trouble shooting skills, including 3- phase power.
 Ability to lift weights up to 50 Lbs. Climbing of ladders and mezzanines,
Experience with operating a man lift required

Senior Mold Maker- Windsor, ON  At least 5 years of experience in related field  Steady days, overtime as required  Perm direct hire, benefits  capable of building molds  Spot all types of parting line contours, inserts, slides, lifters, retractors and drivers  Fabricate, fit and assemble mold components  Perform drilling, milling, grinding and lathe operations  Perform water cooling assembly  Perform mold assembly  Identification of molds and components  Function and fit of mechanical components  Tool check list  Ability to read blueprints and interpret sections  Moldmaker journeyman

Senior CNC Machinist- Windsor, ON  Perm direct hire, excellent company!  Salary is very flexible, DOE  Minimum experience 5 years working on  VMC/Boring Mills.  Able to set up small and large workpieces.  Knowledge of cutting tools and cutting conditions.  Knowledge of CAM software ie Prospector, WorkNC, Tebis.  Ability to work with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls.  5-Axis/ high-speed machining an asset. Ability to do shift work  Days and Afternoons, shift premium for afternoons
  • 5. Senior Electrician- Windsor, ON  Perm direct hire, salary based on experience  442 License a must  Maintains and repairs electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems.  Read and interpret drawings and electrical code specifications as well as electrical and electronic schematics such as hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.  Able to install, examine, replace and repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assembles, light fixtures and other electrical components.  Perform all electrical preventative maintenance related inspections, documenting and reporting results as per procedure.  Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.  Fabricate and/or install electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems.  Diagnose equipment malfunctions using appropriate test instruments and circuit diagrams.  Troubleshoot industrial control systems and devices.

Reliability Engineer- Windsor, ON  Perm direct hire, salary open to discuss  Global chemical processing facility  Bachelor degree in Engineering(Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering  Extensive Maintenance Engineering background, lean manufacturing, reliability and continuous improvement  Excellent customer service, computer and communication skills
  • 7. Manufacturing Engineer- Windsor, ON  Long term contract, approx. 17 months  Developing, evaluating, improving and documenting manufacturing processes.  Analyzing manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of safety, quality, cost reduction, and throughput.  Working closely with division management to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.  Designing and developing manufacturing processes for enhancements, product changes, and new products, and related fixtures and tooling that are consistent with zero defect level and low product cost.  Providing engineering support in production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.  Coordinating work with assigned technicians, and outside vendors.  Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of assigned projects.  Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects.  Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.  Procurement of equipment and tooling essential to effective operation of the department  Develop RFQ, vendor selection, requisition development, invoice reconciliation
  • 8. Senior Millwright- Windsor, ON  Perm direct hire, salary based on experience  443 Ticketed Millwright  Must be familiar with hydraulics, pneumatics and their operation and repair.  Must be mechanically inclined  Welding and fabrication skills required  Must be able to read and understand mechanical & electrical drawings.  Knowledge of PLC, their function. (Allen Bradley, PLC5, Se)  Strong electrical and electronic skills  Experience with Fanuc and ABB robots is preferred.  Strong Electrical trouble shooting skills, including 3- phase power.  Ability to lift weights up to 50 Lbs. Climbing of ladders and mezzanines, Experience with operating a man lift required
