Lead Engineer & Site Superintendent for Construction – Electrical Discipline
Brief description of department
The functional unit ‘Construction Electrical and Instrumentation’ is responsible for the
planning, management, supervision and commissioning of the project construction
specific installation services and procedures applicable on construction sites,
prefabrication areas and module yards related to Electrical and Instrumentation
disciplines
Scope of work
Range of duty in general:
 Construction Discipline Lead Engineer for large-scale projects and projects with
high degree of complexity
 Responsibility and sound execution of the project tasks based on the project
specific requirements for construction engineering and construction supervision
 Preparation of construction concepts, – cost estimates and – proposals
 Sound execution of interfaces with various disciplines within Global Construction
Organization
 Sound execution of interfaces with disciplines Engineering, Procurement,
Commissioning and Product Lines within clients Engineering
 Contribute to the preparation and sound execution of construction schedules
including turnover phase
 Contribution in contractual negotiations with clients and contractors.
 Contribute in preparation of the QM plan and HSE program.
 Develop cost effective, quality and HSE related concepts and solutions.
 Perform regular monitoring of quality, HSE, schedule, quantity and cost aspects
within his/her scope.
 To identify and report opportunities, risks and deviations to the Project Manager
and·control of (targets) targeted results and reporting regular and on-demand
during all phases of the project
 Professional guidance of dedicated personnel, clients employees as well as
external, even in larger quantity
 Responsible or contribute in the development of new or existing work instructions
and execution processes within functional unit and interfaces between
Construction, Engineering and Procurement.
 Implementation of clients Engineering Quality, Health, Safety/Security and
Environmental Protection Policy and procedures during all phases of a project
Required qualification
Candidate shall have an Engineering degree as Electrical Engineer as well as a specific
work experience (10-15 years) in plant design engineering and construction (minimum 4
years at construction sites).

Candidate shall be English business fluent verbal and in written form and shall be willing
to travel for business and to work at construction sites in Germany and also abroad.
Candidate shall have sound knowledge of design of electrical networks as well as
installation and commissioning of the same. Nominee shall be official qualified to execute
switching of switchgears up to
33 kV. Candidate shall have sound knowledge of Planning Electrical Construction Site

Ingeniero/a industrial Programador PLC con experiencia mínima de tres años en
robótica y programación de sistemas de control y puesta en marcha de máquinas en
factorías. Conocimientos de sistemas de comunicación industrial; Profibus, Profinet y
Modbus. Idioma alemán nivel mínimo B1 e inglés mínimo B2.
Contrato indefinido. Salario según experiencia entre 40.000 € y 60.000 € brutos año.
Ingeniero/a informática especialidad SAP. Experiencia mínima de tres años en
