This is the first collaborative paper with a focus on Digital Wellness and the benefits of unplugging from our digital devices.
The title "Phones OFF, Conversations ON" brings to life the idea of the need for unplugging and being present to have a real and deep conversation about this topic.
The format is very easy to digest and brings a personal and human perspective from top leaders and pioneers in the industry. We have carefully selected a diverse and enriching group of people from tech engineers, mindful teachers, entrepreneurs, to therapists, artists, writers and retreat owners, to share some key tips, what they are doing for the greater good and what is their vision of the industry in the next five years. Also, the people featured come from different parts of the world including, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Italy, Netherlands and Switzerland. Along with their recommendations, this report features eye-popping pieces of research and stats to raise the awareness of a topic that is becoming the third biggest epidemic after sugar and cigarettes in the last fifty years.
The goal of this collaborative paper is to join forces to show the world how different people can work together towards a common objective. This goal goes beyond generating profit and can have a positive impact on people who, like us, went through a wake-up call, depression, a negative experience or who are trying launch an idea to make a change in the ultra-connected society we live in.

UK media consumption has continued to rise in the last two weeks, with huge gains across live TV, video, social media, and video streaming, according to the latest Havas Media Group COVID-19 Media Behaviours Report.
The sixth iteration of Havas Media Group’s COVID-19 Media Behaviours Report, a research study into consumer behavior and media consumption based on a survey of 1,487 UK respondents, shows that 64% of people claim to be watching more live TV than they did prior to the coronavirus outbreak (a net increase of 15% versus the first set of findings two weeks ago).

The proposed organization will be located in a convenient location that is easily accessible by the community members. We will also provide convenient working hours, so people do not need to miss work or school to care for their administrative needs. The proposed business will be able to provide the services the community demands because they require them.

Our life journey, in general, is closely defined by the way we understand the meaning of why we coexist and deal with its challenges. As we develop the "inspiration economy", we could say that nearly all of the challenges we have faced are opportunities that help us to discover the rest of our journey. In this note paper, we explore how being faced with the opportunity of being a close carer for an aging parent with dementia brought intangible discoveries that changed our insight of the meaning of the rest of our life journey.

Belarus that the retirement age is like
the end of life.
Elderlies choose a passive standing
and segregated from society living.
They leave an “active physical and
social life” for young people. But the
retirement age is actually the next level
of human development.
Elderlies could and should be part of
our society.

2. Our audience is “young elderly”
55 - 65 years old. Compared to the
previous generation of 70+ years
people, these elderly are more
modern and active mobile users.
Also they can handle smartphones
and technologies on a basic level.
Nearly 65% of “young elderlies” are
smartphone users and 22% of them
use internet.
TARGET AUDIENCE
3. When the elderlies don’t
know how to occupy their
free time, they become
unsociable.
INSIGHT
4. In cooperation with mobile operators we
start a new rate “Mobile elderly”.
When switching to this rate, the pensioner
gets a new smartphone with already set
applications in it. The applications which
are specially designed for elderlies.
There are:
- the map with activities for pensioners
(computer courses, dance clubs, lections,
film shows and etc.)
- the list with different hobbies and their
description including tutorials
- the applications with physical exercises.
SOLUTION
5. The main advantage of this rate is the use
of geo targeting. Due to geo targeting, the
special program will monitor whether the
retiree overstays at home and takes part
in activities from the list.
As soon as the program understands that
the pensioner sits at home for too long, it
will send a personal invitation for the
closest activities for the elderlies.

Elderlies who attend the activities, will be
able to click "Invite" button and chosen
elderlies or all nearby elderlies will receive
invitations.
7. For “young elderly”: not to become
passive, go out of time and with draw
into themselves.
For mobile operator: not to lose the
audience of strategic importance
(about 10% of consumers), to redirect
from passive to active phase and to
save the considerable part of profit.
Negative perception of retirement age
is not the cause of the problem, but its
consequence. Once elderlies begin an
active lifestyle, society will see that
elderlies enjoy their life. That will
change the perception of the retirement
age from negative to positive.
