This document discusses tools to support online learning in groups through mirroring and feedback. It describes two tools called Phreda and Glosser that provide performance monitoring and text analysis to give groups feedback on their collaboration processes and writing. Initial observations found that Phreda facilitated discussion of group norms and expectations. Glosser's text mining and reflective prompts helped writing teams improve the structure and coherence of their collaborative documents.
