12.7 Interview the manager of a telecommunications group and determine the most
important job qualifications of the various individuals of the group. How is the
organization meeting its rapidly changing staffing needs, through internal staffing,
external consulting, or “growing their own”?
12.8 You are the manager of an organization, recently given the responsibility to
form a new TC group. Write an advertisement to hire members for your group
13.1 Go to organizations and determine if they are increasing or decreasing their
outsourcing activities. What is influencing their decisions?
13.8 Draw a network diagram to show the locations/connections in an
organization, such as your school, college, or local firm. Use netViz in this project.
