This document is celebrating Teacher Appreciation Week and highlighting the top 10 reasons why English Learner (EL) teachers are great. Some of the reasons given include their ability to communicate in multiple languages, decorate their classrooms with international art, try foods from different cultures, help students develop both conversational and academic language proficiency, and become experts in various academic subjects throughout the school year. The document concludes by thanking all teachers for everything they do.

classrooms (or carts) with beautiful
art from all around the world.
