This document provides an overview and summary of Etiqa's Smile & Partner mobile app project. The app is intended to be a single customer engagement platform for all of Etiqa's insurance and takaful products and services, and enable active engagement between customers, Etiqa, and partners. Key features of the Smile app include viewing policies, buying insurance, locating providers, making appointments, submitting claims, and connecting health devices. The Partner app allows providers to view patients, submit claims, and manage appointments. An initial rollout to Etiqa staff is planned for May 2019 followed by Maybank staff in June 2019. The contents and information in the document are confidential and proprietary to Etiqa.
