#TCI2019 Break - out sessions: Presentation Sintonía
SINTONIA is an institute founded in 2012 by UPAEP University in Mexico that aims to boost competitiveness through clustering strategies. It uses a shared value approach to collaboration and convenes stakeholders to understand their needs, create a common language, develop a work plan, and execute projects that help clusters continue independently. SINTONIA's roadmap involves consolidating participation, providing leadership, diagnosing clusters, and helping through advice, education, investigation and intervention. The goal is to detonate competitiveness through collaboration between clusters.
