I help organisations and communities to build their capacity by creating and nurturing knowledge sharing and learning culture. To do this, I applied behavioral-change framework with social learning approach and several group intervention methods such as team building, Community of Practice (CoP), Appreciative Inquiry and After Action Review. For organizational works, I viewed capacity building/development as part of continuous organizational development and, hence, I have applied relevant approaches and tools to assess these organizational capacity.
