- Thank you Gavin – comment Introduce myself – a TBN trustee and a SME VC It’s a great privilege to have you all here – YOU are TBN, but for those of you who know little about our network let me introduce ourselves
- Inspire people like yourselves to engage with sponsoring enterprise Facilitate the network Promote the growth of impact activities
- Hopefully you will have heard some inspiring stories
- But the same is going on in Cape Town …..
- In practical terms, what do members get up to?
- I team, 2 weeks, 8 TBN members, led to the creation of 200 businesses in 1 year. 3/10 trainees develop a successful business within a year, another 3/10 turn a failing business to a successful business (defined as able to support a family).
- Here are some of the organizations that members have worked with to support the growth of the impact investing universe:
