The target audience provided feedback on the mood board for a magazine aimed at females. They felt some of the photos with stronger sexual appeal were inappropriate. They appreciated a photo of an artist looking away from the camera as it showed a rebellious side. The audience also liked the simplicity of the media product with easy to read text about stories over an image of an artist, keeping the focus on the music. They were impressed with the downmarket mood created by editing photos with dark shades and shadowing.

2. Mood boardMy audience liked the fonts and the colours used but we’re not so keen on the photo’s with a bigger sex appeal about them, they thought this was inappropriate for this type of magazine considering it is aimed at females.

3. RebellionWith the artist looking away from the camera and not straight down it, this shows that the artists is not bothered and doesn’t really care what people think showing a rebellious side.

4. SimplicityMy audience we’re impressed by the simplicity of my media product, the easy to read text just about the main stories over the top of and image of the artist was what they wanted to see, they wanted to focus on the music and not get distracted by anything else.
