This document outlines the tasks for Seminar 3 which includes conducting a literature search on home care for patients with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder using PubMed and CINAHL databases. It describes limiting the search to articles published in the last 15 years and selecting at least 5 references to include in Vancouver format. Screenshots of the search process in both databases are shown along with the selected references. The document then repeats the process for the CINAHL search.
