- 2. Web 2.0 Qué es? Definición y significado La web 2.0 es un concepto que empezó a utilizarse en el año 2003. Su aparición se debió al auge de diversas aplicaciones como los blogs o las redes sociales que permitieron que los usuarios dejasen de ser mejor sujetos pasivos para adoptar un rol mucho más activo y dinámico. En pocas palabras, el concepto de web 2.0 es sinónimo de aplicación es web que permiten a los usuarios compartir información en internet. En su momento, cuando este término se puso de moda, una de las plataformas preferidas era Blogger. Posteriormente, Facebook se convirtió en la primera red social que no solo permitía compartir información, sino la posibilidad de interactuar de una forma más inmediata. Poco a poco, gracias a todas las personas que colaboraron en ella, es una de las páginas de referencia en la que buscar información de gran relevancia. Todas estas webs y redes sociales que permitieron eliminar las barreras que supone estar delante de una pantalla y compartir información de la que se pueda obtener un feedback, forma parte de lo que se conoce como web 2.0. ¿Por qué la web 2.0 fue todo un boom? Pues porque el hecho de que cualquier usuario pudiese tener acceso,crear su propio espacio y compartir el contenido que quisiera fue un cambio importante. Aunque ahora mismo lo ves como algo completamente normal, en su momento fue una novedad que marcó un antes y un después. Paginas dinámicas, la posibilidad de compartir información. todo esto no era posible antes del 2003. La web 2.0 tiene muchas más utilidades de las que puedes imaginarte. No se trata Solo de poder compartir información, interactuar, poder vender a través de Internet. ¿Para qué sirve la web 2.0? La web 2.0 tiene muchas más utilidades de las que puedes imaginarte. Notificar los lanzamientos, informar a los seguidores de las novedades, ofrecer características claras de los productos que están a la venta y hasta, comparativas ha sido muy beneficios para quienes se aventuraron dar el salto a internet. Poder compartir información casi de forma instantánea también ha sido fundamental para la prensa. Redes sociales Las Wikis. Blogs. Sitios de alojamiento de videos. Páginas de venta online. Podcasts. Presentaciones online. Mapas conceptuales y mentales.
