This document summarizes a study on employee tardiness at Perunding EIA, a civil and structural consulting firm in Selangor, Malaysia. Tardiness has been a major problem, with some employees regularly arriving late despite warnings. The study aims to measure tardiness rates from 2014-2015, identify contributing factors and impacts, and propose solutions. Primary data collection methods will include interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The report structure will include an introduction, company background, literature review, methodology, analysis, and conclusions/recommendations.
